Hasn't been revealed in the story but it's not a big leap to expect that MC's dad once again promised to be there for him and bailed with no explanation or gave one and it was lame, so MC got drunk to kill the pain. That's when Mia felt so bad for him that her lust overcame her sense and they did the deed.Hmmm

I'm going to reveal information from version 0.13 to end this whole discussion about MC's first time, it was with Helen on her 19th birthday, but MC doesn't remember it because she had a different wig, plus at that time she was in an even better physical condition than Bree. She remembers him and became obsessed with him, that's why she followed him to the camp and now she wants to steal his best friend to make us suffer.

I just played through this game for the first time and I honestly really enjoyed it.
I did play with scrappy 's MOD installed (which I thank you for) but I was rather confused about one of the green choices the mod recommends me to pick. It is during the conversion with Mike talking about the Strip Club. The Green choice tells me to pick "You can still have her" meaning Give Jenni to Mike. Why is that the recommended choice?
I took a [very] quick look at the code and besides a True/False variable I did not see anything to justify that choice (especially since I have no interest in giving away girls). Now I admit, Mike's response to the MC didn't sound like he was interested in that idea anyway, but since the dialog is only slightly different, why pick that option?

It was a weird and sudden ending no doubt, it didn't feel like it was a proper "chapter ending".
That abandoned school was used as a home by junkies who ran away from their homes, the girl died... i think that's all we know right now, how it's gonna factor into the future i still don't know.

No one knows. At the moment, it's maybe safe to include the devs in that.
This is my main issue with walkthrough mods. There are some exceptions (like Sancho's), but most of the mods highlight "correct choices" with no explanation. A lot of the time the others are not "wrong" choices, they are just not the choices the modder prefers. If you follow the "green" or "correct" choices in these mods, you are basically playing how the modder wants to play, as opposed to how you might want to play. A couple of them I've used (probably by the same modder) specifically say "my recommendation" instead, but it's all the same.

ohhh man, I know I was disappointed at first about 0.6, but in all honesty, it's the little things now that keep me engaged and will wait out for the next one. I wonder who the girl is that was with Cassandra, or what her involvement will be if any (most likely she her daughter I guess)
