The gameplay involves trying to get one of the LI's to help identify MC's skin cancer before it's too late. If MC keeps shagging strip club whores or ember girls, then you get the melanoma bad ending.

Well, MC could have said that he didn't want to go and that' that, miller wouldn't have cuffed him and abducted him lol.

But yes it's a story thing if it's what you mean, mc "choice" and not the player one, he is not a blank self insert slate and the devs want to make the story that they want to make. Mc has his own personality and sometimes make choices the players have no say about it.

Anyway the whole stripclub probably gonna have some importance to the story, maybe a central point even. So if you don't like it (and the characters) the game is probably not for you ? Just a thought.

I think we can safely assume it will definitely be important to the story. Maybe not the Jenni sex, although that could be an issue down the track (no changes yet).

But, getting the envelope from the possibly dirty and very hot cop, is a major plot point (I reckon anyway) and where it was handed over will be relevant too. (Without going to the club, then the story can't move forward).

Yeah, becoming drunk had a big effect on the story. I wonder if it was planned originally or if the Devs realized that making a game that takes place during several weeks would be too much at such slow pace. Also, there's the money.
While Ms. Hill's reaction makes more sense if you play a bad boy kind of fuckboy character, it felt very weird if you played a good and helpful one girl guy because the way she calls you a troublemaker made no sense and really made me dislike her.

As a student, the MC doesn't have much to say so in that way, it makes sense he couldn't refuse Miller. But while the first time he went to the club because Ms. Hill hoped it would make Miller hurry more, made some sense, the second time makes no real sense.

there is not a single reason given yet(at the writing) why he takes the mc first

He doesn't like Mike. He's never even said a word to him. For some reason he likes the MC and seems to connect to him. Maybe he reminds him of himself as a teenager?

But Miller was chatting with Lainey at the shops, then he FORCES MC to go to a stripclub (underage), where he leaves MC alone to be confronted by Lainey and become involved in whatever business they have planned.

Whether it was Lainey who said bring MC, or Miller just realized how dumb Mike was, one or both of them have a plan and it involves MC.

And 99% of teenage straight boys get a chance to go to a nightclub, they are not saying no.

True, if it was only about that. But Ms. Hill tells him it's only part of it, that his overall behavior is the real reason, calls him a bad influence on the others and a troublemaker. When the MC was worried if she would also send home Mike and Mia, she said "They're not troublemakers like you". So the MC is a bad boy and troublemaker from the start despite how we actually act?

I don't know what you are talking about, i'm not the one who is saying MC felt obligated to go with Miller because it's a school/summer camp thingy. You mixing my message with the one from Romance^^

edit: that being said, given how young he is and Miller being his teacher, it played a big part why MC did probably felt obligated even if he is not. He is a "student", not their camp aid or whatever. MC is lacking maturity but anwway he is still 19, still a adult, still responsible for his actions not matter the circumstances.

I don’t think the truck sized plot holes help.

Kate kicks you out, my response would have been, ‘no worries, I’m off to chat with your board about why I was kicked out. One of your teachers forced me to a strip club while I was underage and got me drunk. Where his friend, a policewoman gave me an envelope full of money and paid for a lap dance and more drinks and watched me have sex with a stripper. Then I nearly pissed on some flowers.’

The reason Ms.Hill is sending him home and calling him a bad influence is just an excuse. The truth is Ms.Hill is getting too close to MC romantically, and doesn't want to cross the line.

So while it is true, MC is not a blank slate, the reason of sending us home is not becuase of being a bad influence, but because she is catching feelings for us.
