It may not be shoehorned, but for sure it's unnecessary. This game has everything it needs to be good within the context of the art campus and the relationships with the girls there. Throwing a mafia/drugs/gambling or whatever that plot ends up being into the mix adds nothing to that.

I don't want scenes wasted in that plot when we are getting very few scenes with the MGs once a year. If dev times have to be long, at least focus on the good parts everyone wants to see.

I probably already know the answer to question 1 but I'm gonna ask anyways lol.
1. How good is this game?
2. I don't see a harem tag but can you simultaneously date multiple girls at the same time?
3. Does this have any replay value?

The game takes place in an hour. Just download it to your phone and walk through it while you're on the subway.

1. It's okay. Render work is amazing but just about everything else is average.
2. You need to be able to date someone before you can even think about dating multiple girls and we aren't quite there yet. Most of the setup so far has been on the initial plots. MC doesn't have the skills to pull off a harem, maybe a throuple at best and that's more due to the women involved than him.
3. Some choices are mutually exclusive and since this will be route based, the replay value comes from how many girls you end up liking.

To be fair, it's almost always "more due to the girls involved porn logic than him", in pretty much all games. Especially the ones where the MC does pull off a harem.
(Unless he's a billionaire and the girls are all gold diggers, but even then it's not really about skill.)
