I agree that anticipation is a good thing. I've never been a fan of throwing all the girls at the MC right away, but we're talking about OVER three and a half years here, and with some of the LIs, you haven't even seen a bare chest. If such a slow pace suits you, that's your call, but opinions on that differ, and I'm different from you. You spend a relatively long time in an AVN with the characters, and after a certain point, you want to have SOME form of reward, but as I've said several times before, I think the AVN's day/night cycle takes away a lot of leeway because, realistically, a massive amount can't happen in half a day. I like the interactions between the MC and the girls, but I've never been a fan of slow-burn, and I have that feeling very strongly here.

I'm happy for you if you're completely satisfied with the pacing as it is, but after a certain amount of time, I just have different expectations for an AVN. We're still talking about an erotica genre here, and Summer Heat is often stingy with that. This still doesn't mean that I need 20 orgies from the get-go, but in my opinion, the buildup is EXTREMELY slow and cautious. And as I said, the update cycles are getting longer and longer, and many people (not just me) found the last update very disappointing. If you create some of the most beautiful character models and renders, you should eventually make more use of certain scenes. Because so far, teasing is the only thing that has happened in over three and a half years.

It's true the game has around 3-4 years around us, but we have just a few updates so I think it makes sense to not have many sex scenes right now. But I get you, I'm dissapointed too with the release time, I don't know when happened but I lost interest in this game for the slow release time. And I a big fan of slow burn, I mean, I love Summer's Gone so... Yeah, I know about patience

Anyway, this game for me is a gem in this website so when the new update is out.. I will enjoy it so much. And yeah, I hope it is better than the last one, which I enjoeyed but It was a little short and "easy" for me.

If i'm not mistaken, the 0.5 update is the shortest gameplay right? i remember vividly after update i only play for few mins then i have to wait again for next update hahahaha

0.5 was the biggest one yet, it's the one MC goes to the strip club, for the shortest one I wouldn't know since I started playing before 0.4, 0.6 was probably the shortest maybe

Are we going to get the wet hair fixed ? It was highly distracting in episode 6 because it didn't make any sense.

It was never broken, or wet after the first scene(s). There was a dry version as well. It is changed now though.

I hope this next one will have at least 3k renders (averaging 60 per week) and a couple hours of playtime

The last update was supposed to be massive and felt very small; it didn't really deliver much spicy content either.

Hmm it was always compared to 0.4 during the development as far as I recall, and it was slightly bigger than that. Could've had more spicy content though but the timing wasn't right.

Well, the devs are actively avoided answering this multiple times. Pretending (or so, that's what i think) not seing me bring this subject up in the past. From the base plot alone it would be logical to expect at least a 2 weeks things. But because of the devs time it seems impossible/improbable..... unless as you said, they planned to keep doing it over multiple decades for the rest of their life^^ ( which is, for as funny/sad as it is, fine with me. I don't mind having a bit of SH every years for the next decade lol)

edit: so yes on that point i won't defend them, it's a bit scamy. We should have a concrete answer on what they are aiming for and how long they are planning on making the game.

You can always ask, preferably with a tag. I think I've mentioned this before, the in-game dialogue really has nothing to do with how long the game itself will be. It's just dialogue. Can't really guess how long it will all take but the rough length is about what you would expect from a book. Not like GRRM's though.

0.6 was actually the second largest, but it kind of branched several scenes so if you played for example only for Kate or Eve, you might've been really fast.

I guess the previous update left a bad taste in everyone's mouth, and it's why we have a lot more pessimism than before.

The how long we've been playing in the real world vs how much time has passed inside the game is always a contentious topic.

This is specially true when we have a 1 update per year cycle and a dev that likes to "waste time" with things that don't really progress our relationship with the girls.
In game not much time has passed, but after one year people wanna see some progress in the relationships not "more of the same".

If every update is gonna take this long, he can't put this much time and effort into mundane stuff that doesn't move the needle, he must trim the fat, every scene should either tease the overarching plot or be a relationship scene with one of the main girls IMO(no "wasting time" with side chicks either).

I understand why Devs(not just Naughty Fox) put sidechicks in, put some action in while not rushing the development of the important relationships.
And i used to think like that too, "if you are gonna keep things slow at least toss in some side sluts to keep things from getting boring".
But as i played more AVNs i kinda changed on how i think about these.
I'm waiting for this release because i wanna see what's next for Bree, Sophie, Kate, Mia, Eve... not if there's gonna be sex with a random, so i hope he focus on "what's important".
And honestly, i'll get a bigger chub for a relatively tame teasing scene with a main girl than from sex with a random stripper

And of course if updates came faster and more often i'd probably have a more friendly, harmless fun, view on sidechicks.

Not a clue about on what the dev gets up to besides making this, maybe someone else knows...
