Look in the cracking request. Last I knew the latest version still has DRM, the one with the translation (if any link is still around) added didn't work.

Install the patch or switch your locale setting, actually switching them or by using a (64Bit capable) emulator. Links are above. If you've played a version of the game before you might need to delete the appdata folder.

If one of them ever read this, please at least add this to your game:

To apply it unpack the .cmd file into the game's folder where the .exe is and run it.

Pretty sure the Android 1.0 is the PC 2.0, with the Outing DLC. Adds leaving the house basically.

It doesn't say it's a new patch, I think it's just a ad for the game. Those patches will only install to the specific version they're made for, this already has the R-18 patch.

Alright then - the camping trip and going to the beach!!
You unlock the camping and beach trip by buying the tickets for them in the store (no not a tab/window online store, you have to go to a store - teleport or on foot and buy the tickets. These are available once Hazuki mentions there is a store, you'll start getting money after that - about 4-5k yen per day if you did the social/ecchi bar grind. Wait for 2-3 days and you'll have 10-15k stored up.)

Triggering the beach/camp trip - soon as you wake up, go down the stairs, Hazuki will be in the hallway on the first floor, interact with her then pick either camping or beach. I went camping ---> beach.
