The H stats don't really matter, to increase affection, first you cap it at 20, then you do the homework to raise the blue bar to 100 (try to raise blue bar first as they also give affection), then you trigger their event (most of them auto trigger at the certain time zone), after the event their affection cap will raise to 40, rinse and repeat for 60, 80 and lastly 100.
