i think you need to sleep with her by clicking on her and choosing to spend time with her, then saying "yes" to sleeping with her, instead of passing time until night and then choosing miyuki when asked who to sleep with. you should get an event at night and then the next afternoon.
I did click her for on the evening then night only option came out is choosing to sleep with her did not work though

Yea, but did you max out her task bar too? You need to Do the dishes to max that out to advance her route. Same the other girl's scenarios too.
Once you've done that either in the morning or night before. In the afternoon (of next day or same day) she'll recall what you did and help you out from now. Then you can do what I said.
However, MC can still nut in his pants early on for that small cutscene but you'll still need to do the route requirements first in order to do sexual stuff with her.

So I've been searching for Ikeda's live stream or more updates/leaks for winter memories, and ended up in the Korean web site: Arca.live ( the same one from the LHG + Coward mod) after a while I could find information about the last live stream and it seems someone asked about the development and this was the response:

I translated the article using Google and Bing since DeepL doesn't support Korean, but there's probably some stuff that got lost in translation since he mentioned that his Japanese is not very good, because he didn't understand something he said (plus the article being MTL doesn't help in that front either), it was related to voice acting or so he believes, so I don't think that last part about Succumate and Summer Memories not having data left (whatever that means(?)) is that relevant to what's left of development, he did mention some performance issues like dropping from 60 to 30~40 frames and trying to figure out what's going on there.
I wish people could archive his streams, since Pixiv doesn't or Ikeda doesn't want to. I couldn't catch this one since I went to bed earlier than normal and he usually streams around or past midnight on my time zone.
