Go to the language and time in the system
Step 3
Change the country and region to Japan
Step 4

I'm gonna be honest and say not sure maybe someone else knows but I haven't seen any news on any endings for the new game
Is there any explanation as to why you're able to ask Rio for free sex right off the bat? I'm talking about playing on a new save, day 1, not caught masturbating by Rio yet. But if you ask her for sex, she allows it, what gives?

Well... Either you're lying, because day 1 is perfectly orchrestrated so that doesn't happen... OR you are in a new game + and inherited Rio's status from a previous save, allowing you to fuck her from the very tutorial. It's also possible that you're playing one of those buggy mods.
My bad, you're right its not day 1. I meant the first playable day. In this case, it's day 2. Just tried it again on a newly extracted file downloaded from the OP and Rio let's me free H right off the bat.
Just curious whether this was intended by the devs?

Aaaah alright then. Yes, the game works just fine. Rio us supposed to let you have sex anytime you want since day 2. You won't be able to fuck her just yet, but she'll let you do foreplay. To have proper sex with her, you'll need to advance with her hoework and affection.
Cause you have no rizz. On a serious note, i think you need to be caught by another girl while having sex (i.e being too loud), but its been a long time since i played so make sure you save beforehand in case im wrong (WHEN BOTH ARE AT FULL AFFECTION/FINISHED THEIR STORY)

You need to have max affection with Yui and Rio. Then raise one of them vigilance level and fuck the other. After you've gotten caught, the other sister will join you. Voila, threesome unlocked. To unlock the foursome you need to raise Miyuki's afection to max and let her caught you while in a threesome with the sisters.
