Yes? Just click on the executable file with a red wolf icon. Are you on Mac or Linux? Otherwise, I don't know what kind of problem you could have to run those games, I've played them on W7 and W10 without any issue or installing anything.So it IS a wolf.rpg

I'm on Windows. I mean, you first have to install the wolf rpg editor, right? Then you should try to play the game and that's it. Thing is, it doesn't work.

You don't install Wolf RPG Editor because you literally can't, if I'm not mistaken the official editor is portable, so "not having it installed" can't be an issue. There isn't a Wolf "RTP" either, unlike old RPG maker versions where you were required to install an RTP to play, Wolf games are like MV/MZ games where you can play them just like that.
What kind of error do you get?

Looks like it's missing a file in the data folder, have you tried re-downloading it or getting it from a different source?

Go to the language and time in the system
Step 3
Change the country and region to Japan

Well... Either you're lying, because day 1 is perfectly orchrestrated so that doesn't happen... OR you are in a new game + and inherited Rio's status from a previous save, allowing you to fuck her from the very tutorial. It's also possible that you're playing one of those buggy mods.
My bad, you're right its not day 1. I meant the first playable day. In this case, it's day 2. Just tried it again on a newly extracted file downloaded from the OP and Rio let's me free H right off the bat.
Just curious whether this was intended by the devs?
