it is weird that Mc make love with Rio at night then wake up alongside with Yui at morning. In winter, MC sleep with naked Rio after that

It's a small oversight. Usually once you finish the night timeslot you choose which girl you want to sleep with but if you do any action that automatically finishes the timeslot (sex, homework...) you don't get the choice and the game chooses Yui by default.

In New Game+, is AP just stuck at 5 permanently or do I have to do something to restore the ~15 per timeslot that I had in the main game?

There's no way to carry over max AP to NG+, you'll need to complete the questlines (menko, gacha figurines, subheroines' quests...) again to increase it. Remember you also get one increase automatically after every family outing on Sundays.

It's ranked bugs (get from trees) and fishes (fishing) so you just go collect bugs and fishing every time you have spare action points, recommend to use baits.

How can it possible??? I suggest to use the Perfect Start save instead of going from zero, grinding in this game is a little too much.

And I checked my game: Note that this is new game plus mode with perfect start, still nothing to do with bugs and fishes rarity.

- Use jelly to lure bugs



The next day:

Got a tier 4 bug

And a tier 3 follow.

See, nothing is wrong here. You can also see the "Day Remaining" on the picture, this is from day 2 (use jelly) and day 3 (collect bugs).

You can only get tier 1 bugs from the tree on the riverside, you can't get them in the mountain.
