Sounds like you're not extracting the game files to a folder before playing or doing it in a folder without writing permissions. Try doing it in a folder in the desktop or the root of the disk to make sure.
Toilet attack and Bath attack are skills you learn by watching dubious DVDs late at night, you get one of them from Gacha Man after completing his quest (he'll appear in the evening next to the shop after a certain date) and the other randomly by fishing.
To finish a sex scene click Boku on the left bottom corner, you'll get the option to use items (to replenish Lust/Stamina) or finish the scene.
Just a question regarding the patch. The DL link from gofile is 2.03, which is the latest release from what i can gather, so is the patch just for users who have an earlier/outdated version?

You don't need the patch if you're downloading the full game from the first post, that's for people who played a previous version.
You can try the sequel or other games from DojinOtome if you like the art and style, likethis one or this one.
For games with a similar setting, this one or this one. Also the "My secret summer vacation" games but you'll have to find those yourself outside of this site.
