The OP is incorrect, as the title says "Final + All DLC".

The personalities DLC is NOT included!

I ran the included HF patch to see what was included and it popped up with it's own error:

NOTICE - You are missing the optional Additional Personality Pack (2024-11-01 Paid DLC). It adds 6 new female personalities (voiced), and 2 new male personalities (non-voiced).



This DLC is optional, the patch will work fine without it. If you want to use it, install it BEFORE running HF Patch.

You need a little experience to know which .exe file to run.

Create a New Folder and transfer the HF Patch exe and the two HF Patch bin files into the New Folder, then Cut/Paste the folder to desktop.
Then apply the patch.

And yes, the extra personalities dlc seems to be missing for me as well when I applied the patch.

Strange. Took one month just to upload this game. In that time checked DLC and also progressed the game. Nothing seemed to be a problem. [Except the optimization]

Wish I'd known that before spending ten minutes trying to figure out how to install the patch.
I checked "Installation" the "Translation Notes" and even typed "HF Patch" in the thread search, and didn't see a comment saying you didn't need it.

I'd say putting a notice above the DOWNLOAD that the game doesn't need the HF Patch, as it's already patched, wouldn't hurt.
Would clear up any confusion... or at least for those that actually read before posting anyway.
