could be the localization too, mine set to japan locale by default, and need to use the locale remulator
if your system localization is not set to japan. i would suggest try change it first

download better repack version as it has the locale remulator included,
it's weird how most of those who has freeze problems have high end hardware, while my rx580 8gb doing just fine with default settings, already past 7 days in game and still smooth, no hang or freeze for me, no connection error as well, i'm not using any vpn, just the locale remulator

think its definitely more of the RAM, did u use 32gigs aswell or 16 ? if 16 and you played full 24 chara slot without any issue then hell god knows why
the game definitely eats GPU and system memory worse than Chrome

full slot 24 characters eats up about 8,7gb of ram, not included the windows ram usage, might went past 16gb total
i got around 80-90fps in the maps idling
Does anyone know the personalities? I cant figure out how to force/get forced, ive tried google lens and activated the ''black heart'' and ''evil'' traits.

How did you manage to find the dialogues ? I tried to do it by myself but i only found texts of the UI
I had suspicions about the scenario folder with all the Personalities (c00, ect...) but inside these files were just numbers...

Is it I think there is tons of them honestly here lurking I mean I was on hongfire just a leech always downloading never uploading or helping out. I mean doubt hongfire users were like "hongfire is down guess never masturbate to japenese H game again..." I am pretty sure if they haven't found their way here they found other groups to join by now... That or some how got married and got to hide their shame from their spouse lol
pretty much my case. First time having issues with an illusion which is really weird. Normally their games are made for the average PCs this game definitely isn't any special. I have the same freezing issues as you since release and I have tested everything I could, redownload, lower resolution , windows mode, SSD, it even freezes with only 2 character in the world. It's definitely not ram issues, I've been staring at my resources nothing even spiked at all.
Something is definitely wrong I think the game (or i suspect its the local emulator) just dislike certain rigs

First i copied random dialogue line from the game using Google Lens, then i wrote a script that goes through every file in the game folder and checks if it contains that line. It pointed me to the scenarios folder.

yeah i picked a random MonoBehavior in a random file in a random personality folder of scenario and it's just a byte array of text in utf-8 characters encoding saying random things in some parts, the location of the sound file and then the text in japanese.
Stupid me, that was kinda obvious.

since the game is based off of AA2 in terms of gameplay and mechanics.
my guess is you need all 3 people to have sex with each other at least once.
In AA2 after doing that you would start sex between two of the characters and when the other one interrupts you could invite them to join.
