I originally had the same issue, infinite white loading screen on character creation and non-functionning buttons on New Game. They need to launch the game using the Locale emulator, even if their PC settings are already in Japanese. That fixed the problem for me at least.
Yeah, I've seen some weeeird stuff on the HC uploder page too. I guess everything can be someone's fetish. EVERYTHING.

Not yet, but then I tried to use this locale emulator, I installed it but I can't when I click with the left mouse button, the emulator option doesn't appear to open the game

From one of decagem's comments from earlier her basic information is "Sexual Orientation: Both Go / Morality: Peak / Sociability: Low."
From the look of it her morality, aka virtue is the highest. If she is the first high virtue character you try to seduce then that could be why, otherwise it's probably something it do with one of her traits.

This might be a bug if you interact with her first in a new world. I've experienced it a few times myself. You can only get her to come to bed by taking her to a location with hearts. i could be wrong

If this is your first time seducing a high virtue character then you just need to take them on this game version of a date,(the BBQ event thing). High virtue characters need a date before they allow lewd actions.

By the way, BepInEx is working good on the game at the moment, it needs more optimization tho, apparently makes the game run slower but little by little the mod team is making it faster.

Personally whenever I start playing this game I'm probably just gonna make every character futas and just see what happens, like whose tops, whose bottoms, or see if they even use their penis, you know.
