EDIT : ok someone is streaming it on the old koikatsu discord lol. Does look like a mix of KK and AA. Piss off a npc and the bad mood music starts playing

If you mean number of active characters it’s 24.

AA2 had a limit too, kinda, if you picked the same option to many times per time frame it would anger them.
