I am totally agree about people never speak up about how they really feel, in that, the game are realistic. Everyone can think about more than 10 times in his hole life when his life could change if we or the people around had speak about their feelings.
I am not agree about blocking Mia. The MC says in act 3 in the pool scene after Emma left that her feelings about Mia are more similar to love than only sex and if it wasn't blind (or stupid) could see that Mia changes in act 3 from only sex partner to more than that. Then MC fucks with mother, so Mia took the only decision after see that MC do not want anything serious (just sex), her friend is a bitch and her life has no sense, so when appear the possibility to start a new life she catches it.
If I was the MC, I would run for Mia without hesitation
He, the protagonist, was able to finish 20 pages essay in 2 hours and he was about to fail the class? I wonder how hard that school is.

in renpy she did anal twice before that game and in rpgm she did anal twice with her brother and 1x triplefuck and 2x dblfucks so text might be oversight from rpgm version.

See, I disagree with you about Mia.
She was never a bimbo. Every single time(Except the Dr. visit...WTF) she figured out all the MC's tricks by herself. So she likes sex a lot. A very important point. Like almost every brother and sister relationship in the world it's a love hate relationship (Or any siblings for that matter).
She is the opposite of stupid IMO. That is why I like her. I also don't think she minds that much if she get's tricked, since she love the sex. It's more the idea that she was tricked then the actual sex that made her mad.
So his initial exploits, she was angry about her brother tricking her into sex, but also not angry since she enjoys sex and she still loves her brother (As a brother, nothing romantic at the time). Over time she started enjoying their sex more and more and as things tend to go, her feelings for him start to grow until such time that she fell for him completely.
In truth, the MC also fell for her...he just had to go duck his mom and fuck it all up!!
Thanks for the info! I was thinling in play the RPGM but if it is only two SQ missing it is not worth I think.
By the way, I had playing the side stories of the Renpy as if they were part of the story and add more sense to the story. With those you understand more Mia behaviour, how much she likes sex and creepy situations and how she can agree to some situations that in the main story can seems that she is a bimbo.
Moreover, now I understand more the end of the story (I am also sad....). Mia lefts all her life because she knows she has become a bad influence for the MC and the most pure love act she can do is leave the house. That does not mean I am agree with this but make more sense for me.
I never like romance movies but this game had make me feel things (act 3) that i do not think a game like this could do. Only something similar happen to me with Angelica Origins (but no so far).
I also played Anna's Exciting affection in RPGM, Elena's Life in RPGM,..... and in those games I am only playing for the creepy way, not for the story......
Maybe you can recommend me some games more similar to Summer with Mia (I play in Android).

Try "Haley's Story" and "Light of my Life". The two best incest games on here as far as I'm concerned.

Since Mia is an Incest game, I thouggt that was what you were looking for.
The two I mentioned is VERY good and is not your typical incest game, But the incest part in both of them is key to the story, so if it's not your thing. The don't play them.
