So how much ntr is in the game? Like once for the plot so it has the ntr tag and then never again, or is it a route, or is it just a ntr game?

Iceton is split into two teams now. One that creates more vanilla games (e.g SWM, Lust Theory), the other that creates ntr games (e.g Inside Jennifer). SWM was initially created in rpgm before the formation of these two teams (Living With Mia), with more risky content. Now it's run by the "vanilla" team, for short, and the ntr content is in the sides stories in this ep. They are therefore not part of the main plot and therefore have no influence on this one.

no ntr in maingame, not even mia giving bj to sam (avoidable) and no mia giving bj to daddy, if you count f+f as ntr then there is bit ntr in maingame.

early before siblings get together mia has sex with her bf at a time and no groupsex in maingame if you disabled ntr, only in extras.
dad teasing is unavoidable but dad bj should be (i think).

that could be writing error and mc analizing mia 1st time was later reworked so that bj won't happen so possibly that devs just removed image but left sounds accidentally.

the story is the same but the rpg maker version has some different and more content . it also has a lot of easter eggs which they probably can not put in the renpy version especially if they want to release it on steam . the major difference is that since the rpg maker one has side quests that you can do since its not super linear like the renpy version . these sidequests are very similar to the events that you can view post game in the renpy version .

So to speak, yes. Mostly the same in main plot, It's a bit different in side stories, but without the big amount of bugs

some sidestories aren't (nothing what you'll miss) and others are on extras and some scenes in main game are bit altered.
everyone in the main family is such a contemptible, awful person lol. especially the main character
