Yes, the second one counts as sharing for sure, but it could debatable counts as NTR as the BJ was not planned by the MC and the MC was powerless to stop that. I will admit this one as a grey area one to fall on either side.

You probably saw those images from the rpgm version, where Act 3 is already complete. Most of the sex with mommy happens then. In the renpy version you get a very strange scene with mommy on drugs (and unaware about it) licking the MC's cum off her face (see my avatar!) and sucking him off, followed by a quickie in the bathroom later on. But all mutually consented sex with her will be in the next release (remainder of Act 3), and hopefully, as much as possible in the upcoming Act 4.

it wasn't confirmed 1 way or other that mia left mc due pregnancy at the end of rpgm act 3 and on renpy act 3 no hints about pregnancy at all.

I may be wrong, but I don't think its about pregnancy, at least I hope not, it doesn't fit with the spirit of the game, which until the end of Act 3 did not indulge in these kind of depressing headaches. My guess , or perhaps my wishful thinking, tells me that her departure is above all an excuse to bring in a hot auntie (where she leaves the house to work for) in the harem. At least I hope so.
