There are no two factions. There are annoying people who inspect every game thread and try to push the devs to add or remove things in their games according to their requirements. They use the acronym NTR for everything they don't want to see hence it should not exist. It has nothing to do with liking or not liking the netorare kink. Here is at least an honest quote without beating around the bush of terminology from one of them:

We're talking about games, of course you will find things that don't occur in real life (hey, that's the power of imagination of the creator), sometimes people want the look through the pink looking glasses.
Yes, people demanding things are annoying sometimes (this goes for the NTR
and the Anti-NTR guys), some people can forget some of their preferences when a game is worth playing. Normally, this goes side with an interesting story and well written and developed characters (this game is some archetype looking at this, there's not a single porn scene but it has a big amount of fans looking over this for an AVN), those who can't will always interfere and complain.
Like i mentioned before, forget the ones who complain and play the games you like, better talk about the story that's in the game instead of (like they complain) missing content.
