There are no two factions. There are annoying people who inspect every game thread and try to push the devs to add or remove things in their games according to their requirements. They use the acronym NTR for everything they don't want to see hence it should not exist. It has nothing to do with liking or not liking the netorare kink. Here is at least an honest quote without beating around the bush of terminology from one of them:

You can call them like you want (i like the terminus trapped in their bubble), everybody has his own sight for different things and they seldomly change it cause of the others. We're talking about games, of course you will find things that don't occur in real life (hey, that's the power of imagination of the creator), sometimes people want the look through the pink looking glasses.
Yes, people demanding things are annoying sometimes (this goes for the NTR and the Anti-NTR guys), some people can forget some of their preferences when a game is worth playing. Normally, this goes side with an interesting story and well written and developed characters (this game is some archetype looking at this, there's not a single porn scene but it has a big amount of fans looking over this for an AVN), those who can't will always interfere and complain.
Like i mentioned before, forget the ones who complain and play the games you like, better talk about the story that's in the game instead of (like they complain) missing content.

Chapter 5 - Dev Log #7
Hello,
So, first the two bad news.
If you saw the last WiAB Dev Log, you can skip the music part.
From the last WiAB Log:
"So, I got a lovely E-Mail around a week ago, where I was informed that Elijah Fords Management has changed, and they advised him to pull out all the music from previous deals.
"But Ocean, didn't you make a contract?"
Yes, but I was/am a poor bitch and couldn't afford to make a big one-time payment for each song, and instead paid them a monthly fee...
Elijah Ford's music is going to be removed from both games. Late Kids music will most likely stay.
I'm currently negotiating a new contract with them and they agreed to my offer. (1250€ for each song). With this, I'll cover SG and WiAB season 1.
They're also about to release new music soon, and if I like their new stuff, I'll license more from them.
Sadly, I'm losing one of my favorite songs... Every Night, which isn't directly owned by Late Kids, but by Elijah.
It was an exception back then, that I went for the monthly fee thingy... But I just couldn't afford a more secure option & desperately needed music.
"Some Days" & "Run" will stay if Late Kids agrees to the contract, which was professionally made by my lawyer.
I'm not ever going to buy a license again, that isn't completely safe.
WiAB will be hit much harder by this, as WiAB is a full-fledged adult game with pornographic content.
While SG Season 1 isn't and this gives me a lot more options.
The way to move forward is by contacting artists personally and offering them a contract... I said that last year, and I'm going to be totally honest here.
I only contacted a handful of artists...
I absolutely hate it. I hate spending hours writing back and forth.
I hate negotiating with artists whose music nobody knows, and they think that their song is worth a good 4-digit sum.
I must also admit that I'm still bitter when it comes to music. Having to remove songs that I had prepared for years really left a scar on me.

2. The Workstation.
Finally, after months of waiting on the German bureaucracy, I finally got everything I needed to apply for the loan to get the Workstation.
And guess what? Germany's bureaucracy fucks me again... even harder this time.
I'm not getting the loan. They said there's not a single chance...
And the best part? The reason.
The reason is that I moved not that long ago, and also had to close and reopen my business. (I had to do this because I moved states within Germany. It requires you to do so.)
So yeah, I'm not getting a loan that every single average fuck in Germany would've gotten because I moved across Germany and was forced to close and reopen my business. (They told me that in the E-mail.)
Every other point is 10000% covered. My credit score is perfect.
I have good reserves (Enough to actually buy the workstation itself at once. But it would put me in a very uncomfortable position... So that's a no-go.)

Germany just does it again.
My last hope is now that the Steam launch will be a real success to buy it at once without a stupid bank involved.
Otherwise, I'll have to take the A6000 from WiAB and put it into SG's workstation.
Chapter 6 SG is an update full of scenes with 20+ people. And because SG is carrying the entire development train.
WiAB will have to give up its GPU if I can't finance the Workstation until then.
But in the end, both games would suffer if I had to switch GPUs.
The A6000 is much slower than two 3090s, but the 3090s can't even render the scenes.
Meanwhile, I won't be able to render the big scenes in the WiAB update on the 3090s.
I'm just frustrated because I thought it was a sure thing... There's still some time left until Chapter 6 SG.

Tomorrow, I will call my house bank and see what they have to say. I don't have high hopes and asking for an alternative loan will leave a bad mark on my credit score but what the fuck can I do?
The good news about all of this. I'm so productive, I'm outperforming all GPUs so hard.
SG is around 1350 rendered images in. SG has 310 renders left in the queue, and I'd say around 450 renders are left to set up for the update to finish. (Chapter 5.)
So I set up 1610 still renders alone for SG in around 53 SG days. (Total of 107 days since development started for Ch5. Divided by two as every other day is WiAB.)
WiAB also has like 180 renders in the queue.
The Cinematic for SG Chapter 5 has also been completely finished. (1:32min)

So, there are two scenes in Chapter 3 that needed to be changed. With the new Chapter 2 rework, Claire gets an updated model and HQ hair.
So I already finished one scene on my off day.
It's actually good that the scene had to be changed. Because I hated Bella's outfit. It didn't fit at all. (Considering that she had a little breakdown right before that.)

I didn't change any dialogue and just updated the renders.
I also think I show too many previews. In the future, I will limit the previews to 2 images per Dev Log.

This is good. One of the things that took me out of some of the emotion heavy scenes was the fact that the girls are sexualized for no apparent reason within that scene. Bella crying telling the MC how horrible kids were to her growing up and Nami after finding out about Nick are two examples of emotion heavy scenes that for no apparent reason have Bella and Nami practically naked. In fact in the Nami one she removes her top the moment the MC comes in lol. It really takes away from the emotion in the scene and makes it look ridiculous and pervy instead. But this is good, it shows ocean has matured and hopefully he'll do the same with all the other scenes that need a wardrobe change that'll fit the mood more instead of pimping his characters out just for the sake of it

I remember reading a post from Ocean that we will have sexy time with two LIs in Season 2 - Bella and Sasha. When he redid the early part of SG (CH 1 & 2 along with some continuity work in CH 3/3.5), he added in prep for the Sasha path.Question: Can actually anybody be declared as a love interest? At this time, there is nothing that qualifies cause the love (and also the practical execution of love) is missing (i'm not complaining, a good story with a wide range of well written chars is, thinking of the longer future of the game, better than the quick orgasm to satisfy only those who weren't capable to read properly). So, looking at the current game, we better start speaking of FI (Friend Interests), waiting for future episodes to see how things evolve.
Bella can be a Love Interest based on your choices (choose to kiss her on the hill and she will rescue the MC from the women's locker room as well as return from her out of state meet up with Ayua to be with the MC.) Other women with significant content are: Nami, Victoria, Mila, and Zara. There are sexy moments/activities with all 4 of these women but nothing as defined as Bella (With the exception of one potential late CH 4.5 choice with Nami and we don't know what happens after that since the CH ends).
Ocean is telling a great story and it is a credit to the story, the beautiful appealing women and the character building that so many of the women are worth pursuing!

I'm sorry to tell you but he took that statement back. If I remember correctly, it was meant as a joke. Especially when it comes to Sasha who hasn't really played much of a role so far. I do think things are going to get hot in season two with Bella, but that's just my guess.
All right - I admit to being TOTALLY GREEDY HERE but... why can't I have Bella, Amber and Claire as my Harem... setting aside the absolute physical exhaustion my MC would suffer from while enjoying this harem.
Harem satisfaction = the MC's Olympic event he would train a lifetime for, with medals awarded for exceptional performance occurring nightly, daily, lunchly, and any timely!!
PS - if this harem is not incentive enough to get the MC's manly mojo back, I don't know what is!

The paths I'm really interest is Bella/Nami & Amber path. I will play all paths, but for now those are my favorite paths. It could change because we don't know pretty much nothing about stories from other LI's.

I'm not sure, other stories are basicaly on beginnings, Nami&Bella have the longest story yet. I'm not sure how will this continue. Other girs have to catch, not a good situation. And Ocean can't ignore Bella path because there will be a riot there when people will see no Bella progress. Nami too. And anti Bella/Nami people could not release their shitstorm when there is not anything to shit about. If that comes, I will probably only make popcorn and take my 3D glasses and enjoy...
