When I compare these older renders to what Ocean is currently creating, the current renders are So much better - He has come a Long way improving his craft! I know that there have been a few misses that had to be corrected (Mila breast size c doubhanges) but I chalk that up to a steep learning curve with Blender and Ocean pushing himself to grow his skills.

I suspect that we will see noticeable improvements when we eventually compare a completed Season 1 with a completed Season 2.

I also see an increase in production speed (without a loss in quality) with the rework in Season 1 wrapping up.

For me story is the most important part of a game. But I have nothing against if a good story have stunning visuals. It feels like Ocean managed to jump two levels in quality between old and new version.
With closure of last old renders, development speed should go up. 3 updates per year would be sweet. (with WIOB it's six updates) Is it achievable? I doubt. It looks little too much, but we will see.

Woah, the old Vanessa is uuuh... something; the difference between the old and new is night and day.
Reminds me of those girls who trim their eyebrows extra thin, no offense but personally I've yet to see a girl on whom it genuinely looks good.

I don't think we'll have 6 total updates in a year after the rework. I suppose (and hope) that we can play at least two updates in Summer's Gone. I don't care too much for Wiab but it is true that developing two games at the same time slows down the process in general.

I know I was too optimistic, but yeah, 2 updates could work. I play both games and love them. About developing two games parallel: Yes, it is pain in the ass, but if you have a writer's block on one story, you can write on second one. Few developers do that. But, yes, developing process is slower.
Lucky that Ocean has two dedicated rendering machines, so they work probably most of the time.

Well so far the only girls that really have a decent amount of content and routes so far are 4 of the main girls and that's Bella Nami Mila and Victoria.

lonelyk However has been a legend and searched through Discord to make a comprehensive list of all girls not just main girls and they update it aa well when updates come out on things.

I'll add that, while we do not have a formal LI route for Zara, we got significant content and reasons for she and the MC to spend time together in the CH 4 update (the MC asks Zara to help train him so he can make the BB team and excel there).

Zara is only behind Bella in my LI interest based on what I learned about her in CH 4.

We already have a few breadcrumbs showing that Zara's view of the MC is changing from antagonistic to 'why am I feeling this way.' This is one of my favorites and it occurred during the evening practice that interrupted the dinner at Nicks.

Zara playfully shoved the MC so he was an ass and knocked her down. He had the choice to leave her there or to pick her up and I chose to pick her up.

No big game companies would want to damage their reputation by publishing this type of game. They get enough heat from the idiots that blame violence in video games for violent behavior in adolescents already. Unless a company like pornhub decides they want to venture into video game development, this is always going to remain a relatively niche market.

Because it is not profitable. You can't promote it, your target is limited and is a niche genre (graphic adventure are not extreme popular).
These games are like webcomics or fanfics; yes, they have their public and yes, some people can live from that, but is not the norm. The only reason we have so many games is because is a one man job.
