Meh fuck Steam, this is why I don't use them for adult games or VN's at all. No adult rating = then why bother, might as well just watch a non-porn movie or read a regular non-porn book. Not to mention there's plenty of free music to be had, fuck those shitty-term music licences. If you really have to use that just pirate it and stay off Steam/Patreon (which should be the default anyway, since the end product will probably also be mostly pirated, at least to me w/o porn it's not worth giving $ for or cluttering my Steam wishlist). Or at least get a deal where they never expire or make your own music (not that hard, just sample it and make something very similar but still different enough to avoid getting flagged by piracy-hunting AI).

Yeah, definitely. So my current theory is that Ayua is Miru and William's daughter for sure. Nojiko is most likely Miru's sister meaning that she's Ayua's aunt. If Nika does turn out to be William's child or a Zane is some fashion, I'll be really looking forward to how Ayua and Nika react to the news. I get a feeling she'd be over the moon and probably end up being quite protective.

Nojiko being Miru's sister could be a thing, I agree, but if that's the case, to me there's no ways she doesn't know who Ayua is, and what link she has with Nika/Nami, although there's a lot of secrets kept under still. That's why I see that scene at the book club being so important, there's a power game going on there for sure, but it especially focused on Nojiko in that scene, how she kept things secret to Nika/Nami, and how wary she was seeing Katie there, and surprisingly, how she didn't mind having Nami there, but she especially didn't want Nika at the club.
Also, again considering how promiscuous William is/was, and how things can probably turn around in WiAB, given how Ayua is a Zane in name, but not Nika nor Nami, wonder how Miru reacted to all of this, how she sees them, and how she raised Ayua. She could be over the moon like you said, or she could become defensive. Who knows, maybe William managed to fuck everything up... in every ways possible, of course.

I just have to say that it is not only Steam and Patreon are required by law to prevent usage and sharing of content with any kind of illegal content, including license usage. F95zone is too. So if they would do what you are saying, just only post it here for example, it would in the end mean that F95Zone would get DMCA requests if the game gains attention, and if F95zone would not comply they would just go to the hosting provider of F95zone, perhaps Cloudflare, to have F95zone taken offline.
I don't think anyone, including you, would want that.
And if you think they would not do that, MegaUpload was taken down the same way (Which had to restart from scratch to what you now know as "MEGA" )

Well, she could be close to the deathbed 20 years later. She is old in WIAB, like in her mid/late 40ties if I am not mistaken. So unless you visit a retirement home in SG I doubt you see her alive.

Where there's a law there's a way around it. AVNs are a niche anyway, just the music and assets meant for them even more so, so it's doubtful the artists can even afford to hire lawyers to handle ignored DMCA requests, they are not million-dollar companies like Disney or Nintendo. There's plenty of devs that hate this site, yet can't afford to do a damned thing about it (that "we do not condone sharing Patreon content..." notice on OPs every now and then). Other than that host it yourself or use distributed hosting and use encrypted torrents for the dl links (as long as the files themselves aren't hosted not much can be legally done about it anyway, it's why the deconsor patches exist on separate servers). Then there is no single host to take a site down or ISP to notify. That should be the default for any proper pirate site. Also if Piratebay can resort to launching drones in international waters to house their server equipment and give the copyright police the middle finger for decades anyone can. Hell they can't even keep real ** off the net even though that (rightfully) gets law enforcement priority with 100k+such sites up at any given time, some existing for 20+ years before getting busted. If that can continue to have a persistent existence anything can. I'm reminded of Rarbg's and their mirrors DMCA takedown email address: spam@rarbg.net (lol).

And if Megaupload can restart as Mega so can F95 (F96?). Disposable websites ftw, just have a replacement always at the ready with the death of the old one.
