To be honest, as someone who almost obsessively lurks over this thread (except for when I'm gone for a bit, then I read the notifications to catch up), I don't see those comments very often either except for when someone replies to them. It seems that even low effort singular line comments incite a far larger number of responses, burying the original comment with it's responses.

I don't keep track of this - where it can be noted - but there has been mod clean up on this thread and there have been specific users who have been banned.

I can tell when there is a major uptick in activity by those who don't care for Ocean/SG just by looking at the number of comments others make to those I have on ignore.

I'm expecting them to come out of the woodwork when S1 is released.

I'm always happy to engage in a respectful discussion with others - and there are those with whom I will simply agree to disagree.

The users I am referring are not interested in a discussion though...

We'll see if they or their alternate id's make an appearance with the release of S1.

Can you view Pornhub or *deleted*without the vpn? if the answer to either is no (especially the second link)...then somehow, trying to attach your image earlier has flagged your ISP to this site and they have blocked it. where are you located btw?

Because, i a problem... i can't see any pictures on F95zone. This morning I can, but this evening... nothing. it work with Vpn only.

I was temporarily completely blocked for several hours by the DDoS Guard a few months back and I could log in only via VPN, but the problem got fixed by itself.
Occasionally I still have problems loading some of the attachments, but usually closing and opening that specific page again helps (a simple refresh / F5 doesn't help at all)

Dev log timing doesn't work the same during release weeks. He said in the last dev log that there would be no more dev logs. But then again he did release a 'small update'. Who knows, maybe there will be another update.
Other than that, we may get S2 news.

It registered. It just frankly was nothing more than a (for lack of a better term) heartfelt vent. I don't say that to be rude (which is how I'm figuring you took it by stating you were a 'tad annoyed'), just honest. I don't/didn't have an issue with you saying anything you said. I mostly found it humorous your post is what was linked to the read me. I stated that 'justified or not', there were truths in what was being said. Clearly when you wrote what you wrote, you equally thought the same and thus said and I quote, "I honestly get the frustration; some of it is definitely warranted..." So the main reason I wrote what I said in light of being humored that the read me linked to your post, was also that well... being critical is just that. Being critical. It was literally highlighting your statement that some of it is warranted. Some people can word it in a way that isn't antagonistic and others just don't have that ability and then even more are just hateful and unhelpful. Some write glowing reviews far removed from reality. All of that is true. Again, while sure it's like 'move on' if you truly hate the game, but at the same time this is what comes with the internet. Everyone has a voice. It ends up being the one true curse of the internet, it's something you can't escape. Some morons are going to come and spew nonsense. The crazy thing about those kinds of people is they run their mouths yet will watch this thread like a hawk and be some of the first to download any update that shoots out. Some people are just wired weird like that, they continue to play and follow things they don't like. Who knows why.

Opinions are fine, attacks are not" is literally the first rule for users on F95. During that time, around Chapter 5's beta release, everyone was attacking Oceans. When I was a regular here, I had countless conversations with other users who had critical opinions on SG, and things turned out fine, so it doesn't have to be like that. The problem, and probably why my post was pinned, was that too many users were rude and disrespectful(making the thread unpleasantly chaotic as a result). My post wasn't a rant or a vent; it was a reminder and a callout for those users. I thought that was apparent, but you seem to have missed that; hence the "didn't register with you" comment.

This seems a bit silly to me. I'm confused on how one sees comments without needing to read them? I personally haven't seen any of this bountiful negativity (I'm not saying it doesn't exist), mainly because I don't go looking for it. I wouldn't have known there was negativity towards the game, or really Oceans, if I hadn't read your post and the reason I wouldn't have known that is because I don't page for page, comment for comment, notification for notification, reaction for reaction read what everyone or anyone is saying about it because I literally have the ability to do so. I don't even see the need for that, especially if I know it's just nonsensical garbage being spewed by a vocal minority. Luckily for me, the DL link is on the first page. It's about as far as I feel I need to go. Point being, if I can outright ignore unhelpful things people say about the game, so can anyone else.

A user wanting to go to the latest page hoping to post their thoughts, opinions, and questions isn't usually looking for an angry mob(the exact situation at the time of my post). Your rebuttal here is basically to not participate in the thread. Ok, for the users that were never interested, done. What about the users that are interested? Are they looking for negativity by clicking the latest page and coming across a barrage of angry comments? What's your suggestion there? Furthermore, there've been countless cleanups here before and after that post. Many posts have been removed, and many users have been banned altogether. Until the next update, you'll be hard-pressed to find the users I referred to.

As unfortunate as that is to hear... plenty of developers delete their accounts or never have one to begin with or outright don't comment on F95 anyway and it's not always to do with dummies spewing nonsense about the game or the dev.

We're not talking about any of that... you said that Oceans wasn't discouraged and insinuated that he wasn't affected by the users my post referred to when that couldn't have been further from the truth. You say to ignore those users and to accept criticism because it's the price of publishing your creation. While I agree, there's a natural limit to what people can handle. There's a difference between constructive criticism and hateful comments. Most of the developers that left this site left because of the latter. I've seen it happen far too many times, and I'm not even here that often(anymore).

In my time being here, I don't typically expect devs to be active here and in my position as a creator that makes sense. I don't think much of it. Hence as I said, you're going to be the villain for someone. Anyone creating anything in this world should know that... Frankly, as someone who is making their own franchise and has considered making an AVN in that very universe that would no doubt end up here on F95, I wouldn't have an account simply because I'd be spending so much time in the comments reading every little thing everyone said about my game that it would drive me crazy by default. Just for the focus alone, I'd block out that noise.

I'm a creator myself with my own published projects, so I believe that I have some degree of understanding of where these developers come from. Whether reading feedback or interacting with fans, many developers are active here. As a developer, you'll always be the villain in someone's eyes. However, there's still a limit to what you can realistically handle. For most devs, that limit is when groups of users gang up on them. At that point, it's hard to "block out that noise," as was the case for Oceans and many other developers. You'll think you have thick skin until you're put in that position.

It wasn't my intention but it was clear you were annoyed by the fact you responded to me, but it had extremely little to do with any assumptions made by me and just the fact I pointed out that it was merely a rant coming from the opposite side of the fence. Personally I think the term 'rant' is what annoyed you, so I'll swap it for 'vent'. I've been in that realm, so I get it. I just didn't see the need to vent at people that wouldn't care what I was saying anyway. When people were ripping Succubus Covenant, I simply wrote my response to the Dev themselves. The dev liked the post among a few others, commented saying thank you, addressed some of my critiques. Done. That dev is clearly of thicker skin though and/or has a deeper understanding of what comes with putting yourself and a product out there.

Because it's a reply to something about a pinned post, I guess I'm safely on topic. Whenever the dust settles on yet another round of mod purges, so much context is lost. Things are cleaner, but opinions lose their connections and seem unhinged when no one sees the behaviour they were a reaction or reply to. At the time you made that post, it was handy, like a reasonable adult stepping in the room, and asking the kids to pick up their lego. It didn't work, the mods still had to nuke from orbit, and the internet kept gravitating to the lowest common denominator. As a fragment of discourse, it doesn't make sense, but I think it was worth pinning, because your posts are wonderfully articulate and it's a good reminder that discussion needs to be thoughtful. Striving not to be the lowest common denominator in a disagreement about a story driven AVN is a worthy goal. Conformity isn't the goal, but respect for difference. We all have time to be reasonable; this site is where most people come to waste time, not for the high speed antics.

I changed some choices and was able to see the foursome scene with MC Nami Mila and Vic... Really awesome and sensual scene... Even if I would have liked to go further, this kind of scene is missing.

Just today rewatched scenes with her and found her to be the most underrated character by me. Literally the first LI to appear in the game and the one who triggers the MC to try to fix his life. Her scene at the physiotherapist is one of my favorites despite the old renders.

I have waved the Vic banner a few times here my friend, I just don't have the time to give the forum that I use to unfortunately so I tend to stick to a select view threads and only get to venture out to other threads when I get the time. I love SG and Ocean's work especially Vic, Sasha and Amber. I adore them each for different reasons.
