To be fair, the dev is very lucky that his fandom is full of cultists who praise this VN as the second coming of Christ. Frankly, the story is so well written that on this kind of VN, sex takes a back seat. I mean, it's like Being A DIK, the story is so rich that even if the sex wasn't shown as much as on Summer's Gone, it would still be a quality VN.

i have a question how many seasons are in being a dik and how many chapters are in each season and how far are the character developed over each season and how many years has being a dik been out and and how many years has summers gone been out and you say summers gone is in the same boat as being a dik give me a break. the developer of being a dik puts out content faster than ocean has ever from what i've seen. don't make the developer of being a dik be seen in the same light as to ocean they are completely different in progress of their AVN's.

Even that it has an Incest tag, this VN is not about incest. That Nika and Nami are not Nojiko's childs is obvious and within the story it is mentioned that Nika and Nami have different parents.
That tag should be removed from my point of view!

As well I am sick of all the rework complaints. Ocean did not like the rework either as he has written in one of the updates. But he was sure that he had to go though this because he wanted to deliver the best possible experience on Steam, GOG, et. al. He was convinced that if he would deliver at first an inconsistent or only half baked first part of the game on these sites then his reputation would be seriously damaged and it would be much harder for him to release later a second part.

The easiest method to get faster updates is to support the dev, either by buying the game or by supporting him regularly. Those who don't have the financial means could at least make the effort to write a constructive review.

you just said the easiest method to get faster updates is to support the dev. ok so the patreons that have supported ocean in the last 5 years got what 1 update a year and after 5 years only 1 season, while other devs have finshed 1 if not more of their games in 5 years and you said if we support ocean we can get faster updates. right i believe you NOT.

Haha, no it never worked. Generally they prefer to increase the quality (not only the renders quality but adding other unnecessary things) than going faster. There might be a few exceptions though but you get it.

I say he's lucky because another dev does what he did and they burn him alive. and since you mention radiant, that thread is a good example, look how they treat those devs and look how they treat ocean. and I don't even hate this game, it has its things that I don't like of course, but what bothers me is their fandom and how they treat this game as the peak of writing. It has already happened to me in several threads that I find fans of this game talking about how this game is well written and the other games are crap, that's what bothers me a little. But well, It's what it is.
