I don't really want to sign your statement. There is actually, admittedly, a very rare species that looks for exactly these games. And SG is one of them for me.
Bro, I don't want to sign this either. SG is my favorite game, not because I think it is ideal and the author is flawless and essentially a genius, of course not, not even close.
It’s just that during my entire stay at the Zone, I didn’t find anything that could completely replace SG, which would give me the same emotions that arise when playing SG.
And believe me, I made an effort in searching. On my list there are games with a more coherent and catchy plot, there are games where I like some characters more than in SG (which is almost impossible), there are games where the graphics are no worse (dare I say, on par with Ocean), there are games where the dialogue is much funnier, more natural and fluent.
But for all this together to be combined to a product at the SG level - no, I couldn’t find any. The long-dead Connected was probably the closest thing to the impression SG made on me.
