i don't get this. i think emilio has nothing to do about Vic's car accident. can u explain more?

You are right. Emilio is certainly not involved in the incident. When Bella and Nika leave the hairdresser's, Emilio looks after them and says something to his assistant like - I'm glad Bella is still alive, she reminds me of someone. This someone whom Bella reminds Emilio of is our killer.
Are you writing this seriously or are you joking? How could this mysterious assassin observing Nika on behalf of Leia possibly know that this anonymous girl he met on his way to get some buns would pose some kind of threat to her plans?

That is because you are not thinking enough. The mysterious person that Emilio is talking about is Nami from the future who traveled back in time and caused Vic accident because with out it Nika would have died. Now why future Nami looks like Bella ? Because the throuple path is cannon and Bella and Nami merged in a single person called Nalla. It is pretty obvious honestly.

Did I say that the killer is after Nika on Leia's orders? And why did you decide that Vika is random? She is one of the most important figures in the game and the first attempt on her life happened several years before in the pool. Someone is methodically trying to get rid of her.

Wait, so your saying that Leia saw Vic as a problem while she was a teenager, before Nika had a problem, and sent another teenager (Melanie) to drown her, when Leia has all those thugs she employed for the club? That one teenager is such a threat to future Nika that Leia will kill a child with a child assasin? Wild.

i can't tell yet if Vic is an important character to the main story, because i still don't know if their mother was involve in Wiab . all i see about her now is a potential lover of Nika.
I'd say part of Nika's self-improvement is thanks to her.

The Frohns were in the old WiaB before it was reworked, just a cameo. It's likely they'll be involved at some point, but they were described by Leia as boring people (they were accountants or merchant bankers or something). Maja and Vic are more interesting.
From memory, Mrs Frohn looked a bit like Monica does now, similar model.
From Noji remembering a couple called the Frohn's and her reaction, the Frohn's weren't as boring as mentioned in the old WiaB, but we'll find out some time in the future if they're going to be part of the game, rather than wallpaper.
Edit: Also, I believe even if you're not on her path, she'll be an important part of the story regardless.

Unfortunately, what you have in your head is wild. You have completely distorted what I wrote.
1. Vicky and Maya are extremely special, although there are many "special" girls in the game. Vicky's birth itself was undesirable for Leia.
2. I think I mentioned that neither Marla nor Melanie had anything to do with the Vicky incidents.
3. I did not say that Vicky is a threat to Nicky's future. On the contrary, I wrote that she is a "cure" for him. She is a threat to Leia's plans.
