I've said this before Summer is not dead or anything weird. Summer saw Nika and Nami doing something incestuous or inappropriate. My assumption Nojiko bought Summer in the house Summer and Nojiko saw something Summer ran out. Whatever happened Nojiko knows that is why she acts the way she does around them. Second, she probably told Amber that's why Amber knew Nika saw Summer one more time. There is more but that's the cusp of it.

100% that one manwhoring incident and all girls from ''Nami how big is Nika dick'' club should put him on the blacklist and all we should be left with is collecting ribbons from the necks of free boob movment gals and sports underwear from first team athlethes gals like pokemons no real love for mister don juan
I'll joke about Noji, mainly because of one poster, but I'm not interested, and I prefer Noji and Nick to be their own adults being adult. I really want more time with Maja or Ayua anyway. I'm hoping for Nika to be blacklisted for minor things - it makes sense to have a game where their are consequences for cheating, being dishonest or sleazy. It's not common enough, despite being all too common in real life (consequences for being an asshole I mean). It would be completely appropriate. Same with Nika whoring around with the bookclub - Robin and Sasha will shun him I guess, and the rumours will get around (seeing Jenna heard rumours about Robin ...from Robin). Marla's path or AMber's path, the other LI's should be looking at NIka like "WTF dude, I'm here, how dare you prefer mutton!"

Have you drank Makers Mark Bourbon.(chefs Kiss) worth the liver disease ;)

It could be, but that doesn't explain Elsa. Why was Elsa sad in her Aurora post? If it was just Summer noticing something (keeping in mind there is no incest in SG and Ocean's yet to reveal NIka and Nami's back story and the reason for their weirdness) between Nika and Nami, why did she disappear, and why would Elsa not shun Nika? If it was inappropriate, Elsa would know the reason for Summer disappearing, her parents would revel in destroying the trash, and spreading rumours.

Elsa's post and way she talks about the thing with Summer suggests she's sympathetic to Nika, and what happened was a tragedy in some way. Her comment on Aurora, "Shadows of the past" certainly suggests something unfinished and unresolved that the family have just shut away. But the fact she greets Nika and is glad to see him suggests Summer didn't have a negative view of Nika or leave because of one.

Haven't played it for a year. So correct me if I'm wrong - the developer is milking 1000+ patreon subscribers, releasing 1-2 meaningless updates per year with tons of dialogs and pictures, no 18+ scenes with main girls, considering that the game is super-old. For example, NTL media managed to finish treasure of nadia and genesis order while this guy "working hard" on one renpy vn.

Anything else I dont know about this game?
You haven't said anything that is not true, however he is working on another avn WIAB. Sad part is he is doing about the same pace on it as he is this one. I like both avn's,but because of the obvious reason's you pointed out i don't support him and don't really care if he ever finishes either one.

Yea but summer cared about them both, summer gave that impression that she was an empathetic person. Look at Nia, I don't see summer telling what she saw because it would hurt them. She made up an excuse to leave to her parents they were extremely happy to get her away from Nika. It didn't have to be incestuous but knowing Nami she being buck naked in front of Nika or play with him while no top on. Remember he made a statement about breaking a promise he made to Nami which she wasn't to fond of, he would have to tell Amber. Elsa I believe knows nothing she was kept in the dark. So thats why she has sympathy for Nika plus she is attracted to him.

The moment we start having access to the same information that Nika and Nami have and that is still hidden from us should shed new light on many secrets

At the moment, I don't even know what the status of Nika memory about the events in the cabin is, the confession to Bella immediately jumps to the end of the story and during the session with Amber, Nika freezes at the very beginning. Does he remember everything? Did he lose consciousness and remember nothing or does he suffer from Marnie syndrome and repressed everything from his consciousness but reacts negatively in a subconscious way

I also don't know how to refer to this cut intro which, as I understand it, met such a fate for regulatory reasons and not artistic

Is this a real course of events or a bad dream?
Is the event that draws Nika attention at 4:12 the arrival of Officer Laverne? Is it some third person he doesn't remember responsible for the whole mess?

Whenever I wonder if the Summer issue will be resolved or not I go back to this video, it was supposed to be the title intro to his entire game, it's hard for me to believe that the event that was supposed to be the main theme of the title intro will never receive clear answers throughout the story.

It's not impossible, but given that the cabin thing was the second last time Nika saw her (and she was going on a family trip) the cabin incident suggests all was rosy between them until her family trip. I disallow car crashes, as there are too many, if it was a plane crash, it would have been mentioned. So my money is on something happening on Summer's family trip, that makes Elsa think about the past - if she doesn't know what you're suggesting, what is she thinking about that is a shadow of the past? I'v always thought about that being Summer. If Summer's still in contact with Elsa, and Elsa is thinking about what Nika did, then that's in opposition to her reacting glad to see Nika - she could have just walked past. Her being positive towards Nika, but there being a shadow suggests her sadness/thoughtfulness is to do with Summer only.

If she's in contact with Summer still and knows Summer is hiding from Nika, then why would she reconnect with Nika? I also find it strange that the whole family has disappeared (well, we don't know for certain, but) - imagine Summer being gone, and the parents still living in Wollust. They'd be the first people Noji would talk to, just to clear things up and put Nika on a different path. He'd get closure immediately if they bundled her off to a boarding school with no internet, or made her into a nun or something. If the parents were around Nia would probably ask them about her friend at some point etc. There's a big gap where SUmmer's whole family is right now, and I think that's intentional.

Outta reacts, but yes.

We don't know if it's a dream or reality. I believe the cut was Ocean being overly cautious, I've never checked whether it was one of the cut pieces of music - I only played the steam release with music on, so I have no memory of earlier soundtracks.

What we do know is that Nami did send Jane (Laverne? Someone else?) after them, and Nika blames her a little for doing so as he and SUmmer might have gone further otherwise, and Laverne is mentioned to Amber. So the recollection might be faulty, but still based on actual events. Maybe it's only the spiders that weren't real, and the flowers came alive and ate Summer? Or took her to the center of the universe with the mad piper (the whole scene is a little lovecraftian).

What if the (potential) second Marla's name is Jane? It'll be interesting to have something more to go on once the update appears, I'll start coming up with even longer stretches of the imagination :sneaky:

The last firefox update has been reacting weirdly with this site, sorry and fixed

It was a good post alright? Sheesh tough crowd :KEK:

- As I say, Summer's extended family are unlikely to have met Nika (other than Elsa's mom, as they hang out with Elsa). Extended family might just tell their kids that NIka's trash just because it's what Summer's parents say. You don't have to meet someone to talk shit about them - family take sides without evidence all the time.

- Nika remembers the giraffe, which means that he saw it in Summer's home before Summer gave it to Nia. Summer and Elsa hang out like a posse with Nika and Nami, so it is strange that Nia doesn't, other than Ocean's plot reasons of making sure Nika didn't recognise Nia. And I think that's the sole reason - Ocean wanted a revelation moment, and wants Nika not to recognise people, it's part of his way to create surprise. I think actually Nia was important to Summer, it wasn't a one off thing - why would Summer go to her party with a present if it was just the first time they hung out? Nia has enough history, but Summer already knew Nika as well, telling Nia all about their relationship. Nia even tells Summer why she doesn't socialise, so Summer thought it was strange as well. All that matters is that Nia wasn't a casual acquaintance, even though her best friend was Nika.

- Even though the gun appeared like a simpler option, if someone pointed a gun at you would you be comfortable meeting them for therapy? More likely she'd want the police involved than therapy. What's to reconcile in the old version? they both had adrenaline and pointed a gun at each other. In Marla's case it's less traumatic being aimed at because she knows it's blanks, she literally knows he can't kill her with it. Even in the gun scenario, there's no guarantee you didn't disarm her and throw the gun away - shooting the blanks at her isn't guaranteed. So what trauma is there for her to work through? If you did try to kill her, she'd want a restraining order instead, but the therapy is regardless of that choice to point the gun at her.

- Why would NIka be the problem? That's the question we're trying to find out here. We probably can't, and I'm just shooting blanks at why Marla's there. :KEK: More seriously, we don't know Marla's trigger (sorry not sorry) for her confidence trauma. I think it's something to do with Nika's situation. JUst like Nika's never met Katie, but she knows who Nika is, Hill knows who Nika is, Marla does as well. Keep in mind she's employed and has access to the student folders, so she knows more about Nika than we know. It's a lot more complicated than what is between NIka and Marla, it covers why ZPR are interested in Nika and Nami maybe? So if Nami has Leia's earring, and Katie is possibly there at the bookclub to meet Nami (not knowing NIka would be there) Marla doesn't care one bit about Nami, only Nika, despite both of them appearing to get some form of scholarship (no choice about college). Marla is indifferent to Nami, while Hill and Marla know things about him. Katie is interested in both.

Anyway, the point is that Marla has an insterest in Nika that has nothing to do with the gun or the crash. Group therapy for Marla regarding the crash should also involve the police and Vic, as Nika was just a bystander like the police. People get fixated by the gun in weird ways, maybe it belonged to Chekov. :coffee::whistle:

- Marla's reason for shared therapy can be a variey of things. IF she's related to Summer in some fashion, she might regret what happened that caused Summer to go missing. She might not be related, but caused the crash that killed Nika's parents. It can't be therapy for attraction, because she hasn't seen him enough and had enough awkward encounters to warrant therapy for liking a young student. Nika will probably believe the therapy is for the accident, but it's most likely something else. The accident just throws them together and becomes the vehicle/mechanism that starts their path.
- Yeah, as I said, is not impossible just seems like a odd choice to me. I don't really see what it can add to the story having Marla being a distant relative of Summer that now wants a shared therapy session.

- The Nia thing I will have to disagree, maybe she invited the whole class and Summer was the only one who showed up, and being a birthday party to a kid bringing a present sounds like the natural thing to do. I really don't see it as Ocean handing fist a scenario to create drama. It does seems like a really possible thing that happened. They are kids, Nia was felling down Summer was talking and open up with her, Nia did the same and later they became friends but Nia was too much of a introvert to hang around Summer. Seems like a completely possible scenario. But this only means we are reading things differently, you might be in the right here.

- I am not dyingon the hill that the gun is the reason that she wanted therapy, because I don't really think it is, I don't rally have clue. It just offered a more simple answer. I can imagine that give all the situation she felt unconformable being around Nika and maybe she thought that if he was in one session with her would help her figure it out ? Regarding the choice to shoot her or not, my point was that the shared session could be the point where we had the pay off of having shoot her, not that shoot her was the trigger to the therapy.

- The difference is that Coach Hill has a reason to know who Nika is, he was a prominent basketball player, Katie also has one, maybe because Nojiko or some other reason, plus she is a Zane and there is a expectation of a relationship between the Zanes and Nika even if it does not means they are related we know that there is a link between them. Marla has none of it, it does not mean that she could not have, just that is less of a natural conclusion given what we know. Is interesting will bring up Nami, have not thought of that, but if there is something with Nika it has to have something with Nami as well and Marla would have to know it too. So maybe what she want to talk with Nika has nothing to with ZPR ?

- Yeah, this I agree. I really dig the idea that Marla killed Nika's parent, could become a current joke, every Season Marla hits someone with the car. Also I looked the Elsa thing and I was wrong, it is not stated if she is in college or not, at least not on the scenes I thought it did.

I know I'm probably in the minority here. But I hope Nick isn't cuckterial and he and Noji have a great relationship, and that end ups being her naughty content. Tired of these AVN titles having trash bag Father's. At least let Nick be good. Beyond done with these Isekai logic shit. And I want any girls that don't end up with Nika either hooked up with someone else or at least lose romantic or thirsty interest in him.
I fully agree, I absolutely agree. But if Ocean make the path in at least in one save Nick will be cuked.

Reveal to the reader cause apparently everybody else knows it. Nika talks about how Mila would freak out if he kissed Nami, can't be much of a secret if Mila knows it, or why he make a point of tell Aziz they are just roommates. I really like Ocean games but he has to make his mind, the double speaking can not last long.

makes sense. Him signing up to the social media site might clear up some stuff. And yes no more car crashes. WIAB car crash and their family car crash yea enough. Anymore car crashes they might want to consult their DMV and ask how are all these fuckers passing the driving test.

I think that we can't trust nothing that Nika remembers or says about Summer, he is not a reliable narrator on this regard. I also am not really invested on the Summer mystery so I don't give it much thought but I think is kinda of a mystery to everyone, I don't think that Nami or Nika knows but don't talk about it. Summer disappeared. My pet theory is that Nika and Summer are gonna runway together but Nami somehow prevented Nika from leaving, some shit happened and Summer is gone.

I'm digging this conversation but I'll bow out pretty soon, we're going in circles because we don't have enough info.
- All narrative choice are odd until they're substantiated, and I guess we'll see. Ocean's cabin that's 6 hours drive away yet in walking distance is odd too (my favourite plot hole to dig into).
- I've never gone to a birthday and bought a present for someone I didn't know. I'm guessing that Summer was already a friend, we know Summer made a friend with Nami, she turned Nika from an enemy to a friend, she's friendly. And obsesive about Nika.
- The therapy question exists regardless of the gun even when the gun was in the game. SO the therapy is not contingent on any of Nika's choices about the gun. It could be the accident, but then why not include VIc? That's the obvious thing to do.
- We only found out about Coach hill in the rework. That bit of information changed how we see some of the basketball plotline. What bit of information don't we know about Marla other than her backstory?
- Marla could be anyone, but her reactions of smoking inside after to talking to Nika, while not smoking after talking with Vic says there is something more unsettling about dealing with Nika to her than talking to someone she almost killed. Admittedly Vic does make people feel accepted, and Nika does seem to look like a threat to most people, so there's that :KEK:

Also there is the fact that I REALLY, REALLY don't want her back in the story. I think she has served her purpose as the source of the MC's trauma and coming back will only diminish the depth of that crucial plot point.
I deeply agree with this, having Summer reappear to create drama with the current LI seems stupid as well as annoying.
I was always more pro-Nami. She had a normal "sibling relationship" with her "not-brother" and one day she comes home with her new best friend thinking she can finally get some support in her "sibling rivalry" only to end up being shunned by her "not-brother" and friend.

However I feel there are far more interesting LI than Nami in this VN.

To be honest I'm not interested in noji, I have other objectives in mind. :Kappa:

It'll be interesting to have something more to go on once the update appears, I'll start coming up with even longer stretches of the imagination :sneaky:
the song used on that intro was one of the licenses that Ocean lost , it was a shame that Summer's Gone lost 90% of the soundtrack and the new songs are not as memorable .
and after the reworks , don't know if you noticed it but the intro video it's kinda botched ,Oceans remove frames from the video and now you have those weird 2 to 4 seconds black screens .
even the Vic's accident video and the Mc preparing for his date was reworked .
but the weirdest thing was the removal of the ambient sounds .
