What I mean is: while Sasha is probably the most beautiful chick Ocean has ever made in SG, she's basically a glorified background character for now

In actuall eriousness though, Ocean intends for Nika's past charge to become known, otherwise he wouldn't have had Nami mention it. I'm sure it's a plot point, and I'm sure Cerill will be digging, because she's clearly intended as a vector for drama.

You probably won't find why even in her diary. lol. Maybe she just likes banana.

When mc forcefully ate her banana, she wasn't upset. So, nothing traumatic there, phew.

Maybe she has some kind of disorder that makes her potassium level to drop. So she has to eat bananas regularly to keep it normal or she has a bad case of constipation.

Let's see...

Okay, you not seeing that taking Nadia's banana made her upset means that I don't ever take anything you say seriously. You not giving her half to eat, too, makes me hate you as a person.

Doubt that was it. We already know he got into fights with his classmates often. But that was probably kept between them or he would have been expelled. An actual charge means legal trouble. Since his records came up clean when the cop bitch ran them it's either a very serious issue that was sealed because he was a minor (which I very much doubt) or a misdemeanor charge that gets expunged after a certain time or when he becomes an adult. I'm betting on trespassing, destruction of property, burglary, vandalism, something more along those lines.

We should find out exactly what it was in 2026. And then in 2028's update, whatever it was will be retconned into something else because it no longer fit the background of the character.

Being charged with killing someone isn't the same as being convicted of it. If he was implicated strongly enough for a charge as a minor, but was found innocent, then his record would show him as innocent, and killing someone or manslaughter's not the sort of charge they'd forget to prosecute.

Well, we do see that some time after the violent incident he didn't leave home. So expulsion is possible seeing he didn't go back to school. He could still be charged for that if it was a brawl outside the school, and serious enough the police had to call an ambulance to take the bodies away to emergency (if it was the violent incident).

As far as him being a minor, he's only just turned 18. Pretty much ANY charge he had prior would be as a minor. In Germany (some German please correct me) I think I read it's 5 years. So that would mean lower school? Only reason is people tend to write about the laws they know - even if Wollust isn't in Germany, Ocean's got more knowledge of the legal system (especially taxes) there than he does for the UK or California. If it was a charge that was light enough to be dropped at the discretion of the prosecutor (what if Elena or Dana was the prosecutor?) or expunged for whatever reason... ahh we'll find out. You get the idea anyway :coffee::whistle:

Maybe he was charged with breaking Patreon's TOS, and his record has been expunged for good behaviour after 5 years of development of Summer being Gone.

I wasn't serious in my suggestion, I honestly don't think he did that. Sorry, I should have made that at least a little clear.
He could have done something, or think he did something, that caused her disappearance though. But it's been a while since I last played and my memory was never the best, so I should probably refrain from discussing theories. :)
