i just realised why these games are not based on reality! Girls always talk to with each other and have a gossip network that englobes the globe if you fuck someone all girls know who how your general kinks and how big and fat your dick is! in these games however girls do not seem to share (i mean information not ... sharing since that they do aplenty)!

I don't think I'd be able to work with that kind of pain. I've had 'em a couple of times on my back, starting at the spinal column and stretching along a nerve, parallel to one of the ribs. Painkillers don't help much at all and while it doesn't hurt as bad as gallstones, it hurts you continuously for days or weeks, not allowing to get any normal sleep or focus on anything that needs concentration.
If it hurts as bad as it did hurt me, I'd suggest to take some time off and not to strain yourself with anything else but getting better. Save your energy to fight the pain. Just watch some movies or TV series or read a book as a distraction: doesn't need much concentration but diverts your focus off the pain. It helps.
Try to sleep any time you are able to, not just at night. Likely you won't be able to get much sleep at night anyway.
