If you're talking about the overall dialogue, yeah he's not a native English speaker. It'll take some time before he can articulate his thoughts into the dialogue as clearly as he can when speaking to us here, in discord, or in the dev logs on Patreon. To put it clearly, he still needs some practice. He's getting better, but it'll take a while before his dialogue is visibly cohesive. It took me ages to get my English to this level, and I practice every day(and it's still terrible lol).

A realistic solution to this would be for him to hire a proofreader/editor. But they do not come cheap. This is an investment he'll have to make further on down the line, but hopefully, he gets help before that. There are many articulate users here, and I'm sure many of them would love to perform an amateur proofread for him. In any event, this problem has to be addressed. One thing to note is that Oceans has thought about this problem, and is actively working on it.

The best solution for this problem is to use a grammar program that will fix every issue in the sentence. I'm writing my own fiction too and I always use this when I finish the script. I can make terrible mistakes in the sentences too.

That could be. I - as a fellow german - has absolutly no problems in understand the dialogs in the game despite the translate afterwards. I asume the reason is that i am familiar with the german sentence structure und know the meaning how is was written as it is, i am sure that a native speaker slaps his forhead about this. But until Ocan has one, or more, capable proofreader(s) we have to deal with it.

Those are just normal drops that every dev goes through. By the end of the month, he will get them back.
And with the release of full chp4, he most likely will cross 1k patrons.

When the final version comes, it may go even further beyond that(1k). I noticed that most of the patrons left the last few days before the update. One day before, if graphtreon was accurate. Seeing that there's no tabletop session for the next few updates(in other words, no major roadblocks when it comes to development), the development period should decrease significantly. Meaning we may get chapter 4.5 sometime this year. I honestly see Oceanlab's Patreon increasing substantially throughout the next few updates. When it's time for him to develop the next tabletop session, he may be better equipped to handle that workload and still release that update promptly. It's only up from here.

Edit: I've just recalled someone mentioning that Oceanlab stated that he's aiming for another release this year(which further supports my statement).

The story and dialogues are so well put together, it should be clear to everyone that it's not a porn game. I love porn games as much as I love games with no porn at all. Some are good only for the story. I don't know why some people think that every adult VN has to have sex or a lot of sex. If this game deliver only 1 sex scene with the girl we choose at the end, I am ok with it. As long as the developer keeps the story interesting. Diversity of creation is the best thing we can have, so I don't know why some people think everything has to be the same.

Well its a really good gamer... nice plot, really nice render...cant wait for the next chapter... but.. i surely hope it wont be like Love and submission..... got stop right in the middle of it.... If he goes to Steam, ill buy it for sur! But doesnt he have to finish it to get to Steam?

One thing though, i really would like some more content with Zara and Sasha... they dont seem to figure our in the love scenario so far. But i really like those girls...

No, he doesn't have to finish it. Many games are on steam and still being worked on such as BAD and CK. But I don't think people from steam will be so happy with some features of this game.

Yeah, people in there will demand some at least lewd scenes even if they're not going to get sex scenes. But they will be crazy for the girls that this game has.

No, not after it is finished. Ocean said, that the steam release is planed after chapter five.

And they should dislike what? BAD is on steam and has as much issues as this one, even a tabletop event that serves - contraire to this one here - no purpose. With steam, Ocean has a much wider reach for a crowd and in our little avn bubble, i think there are amny ppl that would like this one...

What kind of grammar program do you use, if you're talking about phrasing mistakes and not things like typos/ spelling errors?
