there is a question about Chapter 3
in the Game Image folder there are several renderers that are not involved in the game.
I went through the game in various ways, but I never saw them.
I think these are renders from the Dark Path that Ocean removed, but forgot to remove these renders from the game. I didn't find them in the game code either.
Or am I missing some path in the passage? To be honest, I haven't played SG for a while. But i am fairly sure, that the first two render where in the game at some point in the past.

Regarding number 4,5&6:

If you take a look at Bellas dress, you notice that is that superp pice of clothing she has buyed for, and worn at the date. My assumption is, that this scenes are in the future of our current timeline in the game and Ocean has finished the renders by now put them in the game for future use.

The same could be possible for number four.

It's almost like he bought these DAZ assets (earrings and boutique) and reuses them to get some value from it. Because of course no one will give a shit as long as there are boobs on screen.

I am totally on your side with this point, especially because that was the reason why he could not slowly build up the "it" in SG and came to the decision to just introduce it as given.

Eh, they're most likely redundant renders that don't fit the scene or there isn't enough dialogue to justify the different poses. Maybe a directors cut could see them added back...

I haven't played WIAB yet but looking at the intro they don't look to be that far apart from each other timewise (modern cars and so on), I read people making comparisons between characters in these two games like Ayua having an aunt from WIAB and the boutique where MC and Bella buy clothes is present in WIAB?

This game is heart wrenching, had me on edge throughout the entire game. When the kid handed over the candy, I was feeling all kinds of emotions.

The funny thing is that girl with candy was added in the reworked first chapter, among many other plot improvements, although the developer was blamed for wasting resources on rework. But it was totally worth it, as the remastered first chapter leaves a much stronger impression of the game right from the start (not to mention much better graphics quality).

Okay, MorbidViews21 , I'll try to explain the "lewd situation" in this game. (although you already got some answers from other guys)

As far as I understood from your first message about "when hoes will be fucked, then I will play this game", you haven't even played Summer's Gone to its current end? I assume you didn't, since as Old Man Al mentioned, we have zero lewd scenes because it's needed for story and it's perfectly explained, why MC can't have any intimacy with girls.

Ocean is doing great work with "compensating" this aspect, providing us with bunch of nude girls, spicy angles etc. If you're THAT horny, you can relieve yourself with those scenes. If you're not default horny teenager, you will be okay with its current situation and you will be hooked up with story in Summer's Gone.

Now about that "rating" part. Summer's Gone, unfortunately, is not on the first page on F95zone because bunch of clowns keep throwing their 1-2 star reviews, saying something like "LUL, ZERO SEX SCENES xD" or "wow, I've never seen so much racism and homophobic jokes, also MC is bipolar and there is no logic in game".

While I can agree that as soon as Ocean will make some actual lewd scene, Summer's Gone will be much more popular (at least those horny dogs will be pleased and maybe they will change their reviews), SG is still pretty unique, special and very popular game with tons of fans who are willing to wait as long as it's needed.

Just wanted to thank you for this. I was deliberating should I start or not but I think I ll give it a year so this brilliant writing is accompanied with some lewd scenes.

I for one understand devs choice to first create vivid and mesmerising world, develop characters and then start connecting all the dots together with mature content.

I have lot of amazing books on my queue that I am looking forward reading so currently game with amazing writing but with no lewd scenes comes after I am done with my books back-log but I am genuinely curious.

I think many of those who rate Summers Gone poorly can't be bothered with actually immersing themselves in the story (if they have even read most of the text that does not include nudity in associated renders).

The MC is someone who was badly broken by tragedy, and he is finally starting to climb out of that pit of darkness and nightmare he lived in for years.

He can't consistently socialize well with others because he just does not know how.

There is a huge difference between the MC in CH 1, (where he pragmatically talks to himself about whether or not he should just let Victoria die - after she has been hit by Miss Marla's car and is battered/bleeding on the pavement) and CH 2/3 where he enlists Jeff to help him protect Nami against the guys hitting on her or he shows empathy for Bella's loss.

Once of my favorite scenes thus far shows how different this MC is versus so many other male MC's in AVNs. When Bella rescues him after he is handcuffed to a metal ring in the women's locker room, they are talking about how bad they are for each other - while they are kissing - and Bella's top comes undone, exposing one breast. He does not grope her or start pulling on her nipple. He tells her that her breast is exposed, and as they kiss, he gently covers her breast.

This is the act of a well-developed character in a relationship where he is trying to do right by a woman that he does care about, even though he currently lacks the relationship skills to overcome the years of anger and solitude that impair his ability to build and maintain healthy relationships with women that are new to his life, including Bella.

I'm looking forward to more of the world-building and character development that makes Summers Gone such a rich and rewarding story to enjoy.

When the sexy time happens, it will be because it fits the story and the relationships, and I'm sure that it will be great!
