Hopefully, we'll find out soon. Ocean mentioned that he's been working on the Nia visit recently. I reckon she'll make a move on the MC only to find out he doesn't work that way. She'll then have to use her personality and social skills with him leading to plenty of weirdness and hilarity

It is established that Nami can arouse him, at least partially. Nia has commented on Nami being attractive. MC queries Nami about being in love with him. I could easily see the scenario where Nami helps bring him to attention and Nia rides him on camera. His own personal hangups may lead to incredible stamina as a result.

Harem and relationships have nothing to do with it.
as yossa999 orrectly noted, Willy can be the biological father of even half of the city.
Willi can become a biological father as a result of one-time sex or infidelity.

I suspect he will have significant opportunities for just that, but then it becomes a question of age range tracking, to see if its viable/practical within the prequel timeline, or if some of it would have to take place after the game's endpoint. Continuity is a fairly important thing when dealing with multiple connected stories.

Willi and Kati have a long history of antagonism and at the end of the day it was Kati´s doing which led Willi to flee Wollust by night and fog. I can see a mending of fences and sibling friendship, since they are older now, but not more. As said, without a player pushing for it, I cannot see a relationship between the two.

While a sexual sibling relationship is generally uncommon, given the character history, I don't think that it's necessarily out of the realm of possibility. Some of the best sex I had in my 20s was with somebody I could barely tolerate. I could totally see an impulsive angry encounter between the two of them, resulting in unexpected progeny.

I think player input would likely lead to a better path for the same results, though.

Well, the uncommonness of the sexual sibling relationship is a given, my main point was that among the possible love interests for Willi (or the SG MC) there are persons which are much more likely to get into a kind of relationship with Willi than others. Which is why I think that progeny is far more likely between Willi and Miru, Leia, Zoey, Daphne (mentioned too often already, rather sure something might happen here later on) and Dana than any of the other female LIs.

Here in our case of Kati there is not only the mainly antagonistic life experiences, their sibling status, but also Kati leaning more towards lesbianism, which make such a relationship very unlikely. Only specific player intervention can change this.
I know that there are "Hate fucks", but considering the situation between some women and Willi, there cannot be many.

For the first time today I tried this game and went through all 4 parts. I was warned about the blue balls, but I tried it at my own peril and risk, and was not mistaken. Only a few AVNs could evoke so many emotions, there are just a few such games. For that emotional connection with the characters and events, the developer deserves an Oscar. Hell, I almost broke into tears a few times, in the life of a rather cold and unemotional person, and at that moment when MC and Bella kissed, it was a loud "YES!" for the whole apartment.
In the future, I may do a detailed analysis of the characters in the game and their relations with MC, but for now, I'll just post a pic of a best girl.

If I understood well, you are wondering whether they are brother and sister. It's up to you. If you install the patch on the first page of the thread, they are, if you don't install it they aren't. In the latter case the situation is rather unlikely, as you noticed in your post.

No, the patch is unattributed. The author could be anyone... nudge-nudge, wink-wink.

@Oceanlab (or perhaps the uploader) included the incest patch in the default game (it's within the archive.rpa).

Yes they were, prior to Ch 3 MC & Nami were biological siblings, Maja & Vic were siblings, the missing person Bella is torn up about was her sister. Like many devs, Oceanlab retconned his game to comply with Patreon's revised terms.
