I don't know, it's possible I guess, but I think it would have been easier to just find the MC and/or Nami a proper foster family. There's also the fact that there's no way to hide the pregnancy, so even if you are right, people would have already known Leia or Katie were pregnant and if people knew then why not jut keep the child. They wouldn't necessarily have to announce to the world who the father was. To be honest though, incest just overcomplicates things, that's why I think the non incest version of the WIAB story will be canon. That way, William can be in a proper relationship with either Leia or Katie without absolutely ruining his family's name. I guess it will depend on the canon ending of WIAB and who William stayed with. The most likely scenario right now is that he is with either Miru or Leia.

Definitely don't need to ask for another novel in the Oceanverse - 2 at a time is enough. Plus, "Courgars Book CLub" would need to expand to "Cougar's Country Club" etc once we get the golf course and the tennis club. I like it just fine as some spice added to the main dish.Season 2 will be a separate standalone, as mentioned by Ocean here, in the dev log. He also mentions he'll be changing the version of Renpy for the offical full release of Season 1 so it makes it easier going forward (more modern features means less compatibility problems for porting saves over). So Season 2 is it's own thing, Ocean will find music that can be used in porn, and will go with the full adult status on Steam. He hasn't done that yet, because he's made the decision to avoid another rework (keep the existing music he paid money for) and to get more exposure for season 1. As S2 will be separate, and he's built up enough of the world, sexy time is fine there.

If Summer was killed, Nika would have had closure. The fact that he doesn't know means she wasn't killed in the event. She might since have died, but that would be unknown. Nika plans on talking to Emilio to see if he can dredge up some facts to get closure. SO there will be part of the on going plot to find out what happened.
Currently Ocean is resident in Germany, so avoiding the issue makes sensefor Season 1. Ocean has made some statements that suggests he might move to avoid the restictions impacting further development, but also to lower cost of living. I'm pretty certain there's nothing fishy, he's just going for the minimal changes to keep the ball rolling right now, and pushing the problems of steam down the road to when season 2 is a thing, which is realistically not tomorrow, so he has time to work out how to get around the geo block. Not everyone makes a plan with 100% knowledge of how it will turn out, he's just doing what he can to get Season 1 completed with the current restrictions. After that he has time in the next development cycle to structure a plan for lewd content.
