I think that it has some times where she say something along the line of "that is not a nice thing to say" to Nika when he makes some crass comment. I agree with you that her demeanor and behavior are really off putting, the reason that I overlook it is because I think it is something that Ocean will work on her character.

LI does not mean there are romance scenes already implemented, but that it is planned so you know this is leading somewhere. Ocean spends a lot of time on building his world and the characters, he also is building the relationships little by little. That doesn't mean you're not experiencing a romance story with a character before the first kiss...
Personally I'd wager the list has changed very little so far, with Ayua and especially Robin very likely still not making the cut. There were a few LIs Ocean had in mind that he had not revealed yet, that's the main things I expect would be different from the list. Otherwise, the scope of the game has not narrowed, so there is no reason to expect any LI has been removed. And there has not been a lot of spotlight on a non-LI character for one to become an Ocean favorite and become an unplanned LI like Nia in my opinion.
About throuples, he never planned many, probably no changes to that either but that's the part where I'm more hopeful that if he ever reaches the final steps of the game, he might be open to having a few more combos.
And yeah, still checking Discord from time to time but no big news so far.
About the discussion about dwight and his relation to sasha i did took another look and noticed something
Its the first day at college and Sasha and Dwight (and probably their driver) are standing in the background.
Is it only my imagination or does it look like Dwight is pointing at Nami and Nika in the second render? His arm/hand moves when the render switches.
And of course Noji and Sasha completly ignore each other despite being in the same bookclub.

Some people had point it out before, I am sure as both story develops we will see certain scenes in different light. But your post got me thinking, should not Bella recognize Nojiko ? I know is talked about how she rarely ever got to the meeting and once was drunken but she must have a idea of who the members are, or not ? I don't think Bella is hiding anything from the MC but in high sighting is a bit odd.

I noticed how Dwight and Sasha seemed close, but I never noticed this little detail, nor I can't remember anyone else mentioning it befoer. Good eye there.

At this point, we've got to assume Dwight knows as much as Sasha does, and he is the older brother, already being in the first team while Sasha's in her first year. If Willi knocks up Elena, what's to say Dwight isn't actually the one with Willi's heritage? Just a thought, because none of the LI's in WiaB have kids, so if there are any

You're right. Bella should. Noji also mentions Bella when she's dressing NIka down for triggering her. At that point though, Ocean's been careful to keep things plausible so we can't know ahead of the bookclub, in hindsight we now wonder why they're all pretending to be strangers. But also, Bella didn't go often, and Noji might have been absent that day. Regardless, Noji knows who Bella is and probably knows about Bella's sister - if the bookclub gossips about Sasha and Robert, Willi's escapades and Robin and Nika (already!), they're bound to have gossiped about Amber's other daughter.
Which means like Krytax points out, Sasha knowing Noji, Adri knowing Sasha, Adri knowing Ayua, we have to assume that the head families of the college know all the gossip in some fashion. They all get their hair done by Emilio (well, we know Ayua and Bella do, so it's probably a thing)... which means they all have connections to find out hidden details.
It's been mentioned on and off for 2 years (which you commented on immediately after Edit: Sorry just realised you meant you'd not noticed the arm gesture, not that you didn't realise the scene, there goes MY attention to detail)

Some people do indeed have extraordinary eyesight. What is amazing is the level of detail in the game. THe first one I remember someone pointing out was Katie's car driving by Nika and Nami at the bus stop. Then the dude (who might be in the first team) groping his friend's girl while Nika's being accosted by Nicole. Then seeing Desiree behind Nicole watching everything go down. So now we look for every screenshot of the redhead friend of Sasha, anyone with dyed white hair, redhead girl being in the clothing shop while Bella's buying NIka clothes, goth pizza girl (who is friends with Zara) etc. Anything blurry in the background is likely to be a clue or red herring that Ocean's dangling. Doing this he makes sure that when he introduces some characters, we've already seen them in the crowd somewhere, which helps the game feel more alive. This makes me wonder if we've seen Melanie in the background even if there's no reason for her to be around ZPR.
Sothing about people being in the background - Ocean's mentioned that the gossip will affect the game. So if you're caught with Robin because you touched Vic's hand and freaked out, some things happen, if you don't, Nicole doesn't stop Nika, there's no scene with Robin outside the gym, no photo of Nika and Robin, no Nami yelling about Nika fucking girls in the toilet at the pizza shop, no mention of Robin and Nika at the bookclub, so no deathstare from Charlie - all of that happens because you touch Vic's hand.
In a similar way, Ocean's placing familiar faces in the background so to prove that gossip can be heard. So the rehead knows that Bella took NIka shopping, and can see the makeover Bella forced NIka into. Some of it is not for conspiracy for the main plot, but to make sure there's plausible reasons for the gossip to spread.

How did all of this happen? Did all the Zane's, Noji and linked people meet and made this big strategy discussion how to fool nika and nami? Im so curious how all of this plays out lol, i really struggle to imagine how (and by whom) all of this was set up which could be either really good storytelling or really bad
Bella offering Noji later on to use her (mothers) connection to Sasha's mom to get her a cheap price for the tennis club and Noji being all "Yeah nice, thank you so much" was kinda hilarious too in retroperspective.
I give bella the benefit of the doubt that she never did meet Noji at the bookclub (or doesnt remember her because she was drunk or simply didnt cared about the people) but Nojiko will have to come clean soon if she doesnt want to destroy Nika's trust into her imo.
That said i think Nojiko is solely acting in Nika's interest in this whole thing. Nojiko is more of a real loving mom than all the usual avn moms together despite being not even a fake landlady, i believe she puts Nika's and Nami's interests first like a real mom. The scenes how she got emotional when she brought them to their first college day or how she did sit with Nika in front of the house at night seem to strongly imply that.
I think she either doesnt want Nika to be connected to the criminal zane's (again) or considers Nika not ready to confront this topic (which she is probably right about looking at his panic attacks).

To some extent it's a case of Nika being Truman Burbank I guess, but I can also imagine Dwight saying all these things and Sasha just saying "I've got period cramps don't bother me" or something. It COULD be a completel conspiracy, but that doesn't align with Noji being a good caretaker. Either she wants what's best for them (in which case everyone else does too, and Noji's purely being over protective in regards to Katie) or she's in league to use Nika and her kindness is a front. For the conspiracy to work, Noji has to be on the same side as the Zanes and Petrovas. If we can see differences, it highly suggests everything has independent reasons - Dwight might be pointing Nika from a "oh hey that's the guy" sort of mentality, but what we saw of him in the bar suggests he's not a superficial character, despite what we see later. And Sasha is known for discrete sideways glances, so we can't be sure what she's ignoring or not. Ocean's basically showing that Dwight is aware of them, and every interaction with Sasha until the gym seems to be Sasha ignoring Nika, while her posse make eye contact and notice him. In fact, Sasha's avoidance of eye contact is kinda suspicious, but it could be from all kinds of things. About who knows who, Ocean's made it a significant point via the bookclub, so it will be some kind of revelation. It is too big a setup to be brushed aside, and I'm sure it's to do with Katie and Leia being bookclub members.
Katie is indeed a member of the "club" judging by the confidence with which she puts Nadzika in her place, but Leia is not. She did not come to the "club" to drink wine and read a children's book. Leia started another game. It was during this visit that she set the condition for the women of the "club" that Nika and Nami should go to THIS college. Apparently, she has the trump cards in her hands that she can afford it. And the women of the "club" accepted her conditions.
I agree mostly but disagree about the bold part, i think the most probable answer for nojiko hiding things is that shes trying to shield nika and while this could be considered not okay under normal circumstances, were talking here about a guy who barely had any social contact for 5 years and has regular panic attacks due to the smallest social pressure.
And its very possible that Nojiko and Katie have different views on whats best for Nika('s future). And its not far fetched that Nojiko thinks that Nika doesnt want to know about all this shit because that was very much his attitude in the first two chapters still. She mentioned knowing the Frohn's and Nika couldnt have given less of a fuck about it
Only afterwards he got curious about all this shit but never communicated this towards Nojiko. We have to see what happens when Nika asks Nojiko about it or states his interest in all this stuff/connections.
But it has to be some kind of "conspiracy", we just dont know if its because of a blood relation or any other kind of relation between Nika/Nami and the Zanes/Wiab-Crew.
Nojiko know all these wiab people and keeps it hidden for some unknown reason and somehow she apparently is NOT in a position to restrict contact between Nika/Nami and the Zane's/Katie.
Katie is very serious and confrontative for just this one moment at the bookclub where she puts Nojiko in her place and making it clear that its not Nojiko's decision, at any other moment shes easy going. And Nojiko doesnt has an answer (like for example: Fuck you, they are my kids, and i brought them up.), she just shuts up and it seems to me that she recognizes Katie's "claim".
I think Nojiko was/is aware that she is not in a position to fight whats in store for Nika and Nami's futures but doesnt particulary like it.
But come on ...

Nami pointing out earlier that the only information about the college she found being people whining about being not accepted and the college having high prestige plays into that too.

So how do you know anything about Leia here? All we know about Leia is that she is alive, and that a year ago she came to the club with Katie. Where is the rest of what you're saying mentioned in the game? There is literally no other mention of Leia, other than possibly the woman who gave Nami the earring, but that's not known.
All I'm suggesting is that if Noji has different ulterior motives to Katie, they don't share a conspiracy. Sasha can't be in on it or she wouldn't ask Nami about the earring, and have Ayua cut her off. Or they just know that their parents are interested in Nika and Nami, and Ayua knows more as a Zane, because she knows about the earrings.
I was making the judgment that Noji being caring acts against the premise of her being manipulative in a conspiracy involving others. Jenna's statement "Maybe Noji did the right thing after all" suggests that Noji acted against the consensus of whoever else knows what's going on, and makes her seem an independent player. I'm merely suggesting there is no unified conspiracy, there are a bunch of different angle, and where there are different motives it's impossible to keep secrets - the stories won't match up because everyone knows different things. Which is what we observe with the earrings, as well as people's connections.

I don't think that bella is hiding anything, would be against her character and Bella is not subtle or much perceptive give how Vanessa fooled her, most likely she see them as just boring housewifes. I like the idea of Dwight being William's son and playing the character that William did. I don't really like the conspiracy idea and the Truman Show kinda vibe, seems too fantastical to be believable for me. I tend to think that Nami is more important than Nika, and has more chances of being a Zane.
If either Nami or Nika are Zane though, Nojiko as an independent player is really difficult to believe, we know how the Zanes are a really loving family - or were- Nojiko has to have someone backing her up, especially if she is willing to go agaisnt Katie.
Being honest I think the book club meeting genial of Ocean part, is a pit of theory, we know enough to go running wild gooses chases but not enough to be sure of anything. The more we learn the more sense it will made, right now is shooting in the dark. I think that the Dojo will clear some things up, and maybe Nika will confront Nojiko on some things next update, they seem to have a cople of scenes together.
I really like Nojiko and think she wants what is best for both Nika and Nami, that said, I ain't trusting nothing that she says so far.

And yeah the bookclub was awesome imo, so much possbilitys

there are some relation between them and the Zanes and Noji played a part in it. My guess was always William and Leia but now we know this cant be the case, if it ever was. I can't see a reason that I find crediable that explain it all. they have a relation of sorts, both Nami and Nika from different avenues.
Oh I didn't mean like they are enemies, more like allies with different perspective. but Nojiko is the weak part here, if she is opposing Katie I don't she is alone in it. Leia was not there.

It's unknown. My guess is somewhere between the end of Feb and the end of April, based on all the factors you can read in Ocean's devlogs, usually posted her by kind people around Thurs/Friday.
