Thank you, that is a bit reassuring. The fact that Bella is so nonchalant about her behavior, is definitely a plot point, and is not only about her ilegal activities. She is over confrontational and too emotional. Above all she is reckless, by committing a crime hours after Ceril scene, by taunting the guys, the cannon race, the home invasion, Vanessa plans. Bella do not think things through, she is not stupid but she is not giving a fuck. I doubt that it will not come to bite her in the ass. Maybe not all of those things but her behavior in general will lead to some fuck up, maybe even with Nika.

Yeah, the scene makes it clear that is about Amber, Amber being a celebrity in certain circles. With may be true. But is Amber that much more of a "celebrity" than Leia, William and Kate ? Would not Ayua be just as good candidate ?

Oh I agree, and it gives each girl personality. Often in AVNs every LI becomes a pornstar the moment the MC fucks her, up to anything. That is fine but I really like the idea of LIs having favorite kinky that the player might like or not, and of course everything should be optional. I don't know. I think I might have a very different view of Nami than most, and either I am really right or really wrong. I think that Ocean changed it, but Nami once offered to be your wigwoman to Mila, but she still gets jealous of her. I am not saying that she would never do, I think that Nami might do anything to keep MC at her side, what I am saying that she would not like it very much. Nia we know is up to a fivesome, Nami ? About Amber: Bella thinks of Amber as someone special, which is why Nika says:

d "Ohhh, now I get it... Your mother is holy."

So Bella could just be thinking that Ceril would love the prestige of charging Amber's daughter. BUt when we find out from Mila how Bella was bullied by Melanie Ceril:

mi "And Melanie picked on Bella because Amber complained about Melanie at the school."

It could just as easily be a petty grudge, the older sister, the whole family having a grudge against the Von Halen's. Or not, it could be something we don't know yet. There's not enough explanation, and Bella's not reliable as a character witness :sneaky:

About Nami, she gets upset because Nika opens up to her, then starts playing the field. If there's no change of perception, the scenes are different from memory. It's natural that the very same day Nika says he's noticed her in a different way, Nika might go with Bella, Nika might kiss Mila, and Zara is affectionate to him when the day before she wanted to kill him. Nami's emotions will have been on an absolute rollercoaster in that situation - the night before she was pretending she was normal, but almost started kissing Nika in a fourway pash, the next day Nika confesses feelings, then he kisses other girls in front of her in less than 12 hours. She's GOT to doubt his sincerity. ON the other hand, she will be Nika's wingman and joke if there's no change of perception. She's completely able to be part of things by the way she accepts Vic and Nia. Much the same as Mila or Kate acting different if Nika's kissed Bella or not. I think the rumours will play a significant part in changing the perception of relationships.

You might be right about Bella, maybe I am give her too much credit. Still, after replaying the scene... something is bugging me. I think something is up there.

About Nami you are absolutely right. I am not saying that she does not has a reason to be jealous, she does and she is the one with most different dialogues if you are on her route, if you don't incentive her she will not make innuendos or show jealousy. Nami cam be just your good old rommie, if you are not on her path. If you are, we learn a bit more about her and what we learn makes me think that Nami is a lot more calculative than we might think. So when I see the foursome kiss scene, I think that Nami is just seizing a opportunity, right after it on the walk to the pizza she talks about kissing Nika. We have the no longer canon talk about helping Nika to learn how to eat pussy. I think that Nami is a very pratical person and while Nika engaging with other females helped her in any way she was glad to accept it, when it doesn't she very much don't like it. Maybe I am being unfair to the Cheeto, but I don't think that Nami is just a goofy bubble airhead.

Obviously these are only speculations, I believe that Nami aims to mitigate, for lack of a better definition, Nika's negative aura. Seen together they are almost a comic duo

-When Nami accompanies Nika to the hospital, and gets angry with him, confesses that she does everything to make sure people don't hate him

It's discussed in therapy with Amber and with Nami if you take her on the walk. Furthering you idea, there's the scene where Nami says she won't let you face monsters in the dark, if you don't go breaking and entering with Bella. I think it works both as a symbol for the current situation, but her broader story and the way she interacts with Nika.

While engaging the way that Ocean tells stories is a bit frustrating for this media, is like reading a book a chapter per year. I think that you noticed something that never crossed my mind. I don't think that Nami is faking, but we got hints that she may be overcompensating duo to some event in the past that we do not know. Nika says that she is partly responsible for the way he is, so maybe she is always tries to lift him up because of that ? I remember she complaining about it to him.

I am gonna drop a hot take here. Nami reminds me of Leia a lot. Obvious not in demeanor or appearance but Leia, and to some extent Katie as well, shares a experience with MC prior to the story that we do not know, and that experience shaped their personality now. Leia became more cold and distant, Nami more vibrant and goofy. Leia loathes William, Nami is devoted to Nika. I always saw a pretty clear mirror in the relationship of William and Leia and Nika and Nami. I could dive a little more in it but do not want write a wall text. I don't know if it is intentional or I am tripping balls here. Point being, I think you are righ.

I thought something along those lines as well, but his interest may not even be sexual, if the Von Halens are this prestigious and wealthy at that he may be after some leverage that we don't know. Maybe he thought that diverting the police to Mila, someone who Bella loathes he would be gaining a favor ?

Bella doesn't loathe Mila, that's a too big a word for whatever she thinks of her, but she does loathe Stefan and whatever he's after, I'm sure that it was Mario's idea to sue Mila if he was one of the guys she had turned down.

Yeah, might have too harsh of a word. You might be right about Mario but we will have to wait and see. I am not yet completly sure that Stephan is this devil that Bella think he is.

Yes, WiaB is set ~20 years before SG. Both occur in Wollust, ZPR is formed from three families that appear in WiaB and characters from WiaB appear in SG (Emilio, Katie, Stefan appear so far, Zoey and Scarlet are mentioned and Miru is potentially mentioned and probably Ayua's mom). There are a lot of theories about people in WiaB being parents of various characters, as of yet, nothing has been set out conclusively, other than Ayua being a Zane, Sasha being a Petrova and the mysterious person on the first team who is a Revera.
