Teasing is fun the first time, maybe the second time. But when you get teased for 6 years in a row, is it fun? No normal guy would tolerate a girl who only teased him for 6 years, he would tell her to go to hell and find himself another one.
I wish all devs who reworked or plan to rework their AVNs listen to your second quote.I disagree. It's just annoying to see random ass shots in a VN that's not supposed to be a porn game especially when the mc himself insn't looking at what's shown (on purpose) to the player. Not to mention the misleading scenes with Nojiko...

your level of simpin and defense for Ocean is getting out of control ..... instead of a Duck you're more like a mogwai that got feed after midnight and now it's turning into a gremlin !

Summer's Gone [S1] High FrameRate mode
This mod replaces the game’s native low FPS animations with interpolated 50/60 FPS animations.
Total animations/video rendered =
2 cinematics have playtime difference but that difference only contains info like "End of chapter xx" in the end.
I have now uploaded a combined version of mod which works with all the versions of the game (steam, BETA and Uncut mod), just make sure to install this mod last and replace files when asked.
Note 2 - There are a lot of artifacts in the videos of the game

Well, none of the games that he has provided a animations mods is/was infected or a victim of maleware - until now.
You can say this about every mod that is posted here.

The mod should contain only replacement video files, I assume. So unless you can also find script files in there, it should be completely safe.
Not that I'm much interested in trying it. I'm sure improving these videos did take a lot of effort though.
I've tried to use ffmpeg's minterpolate filters to increase video frame rate from 25 to 50 or 60 fps on some of my own videos for example, just to try it and see the results, and it really squeezes all juices out of my relatively new and buffed PC while the results aren't worth the time nor energy wasted on it.

Mod only contains 21 video files and 2 text files of instructions.
I have posted some number of mods but this is the first time i got this type of msg. I guess its better to be safe than sorry seeing the recent events but still hurts as people who haven't really seen this comments negatively.
Some requires quite a lot of work and some don't. Sometimes dev's intentionally provide shitty quality which requires quite a lot of work to make it acceptable. Sometimes its not dev's fault and even when they try their best, small things gets left behind. But in my small sample size of work. This Summer's gone and Devoted Wife required large amount of work. I'm happy to put in the effort to improve where required but its super annoying when dev's team intentionally provides shitty stuff.
Like Summer's gone is not fault of dev, from what I have seen his team did everything to make videos better but small things got left behind. So im happy to make this better, so we can all enjoy. On the other hand, Devoted wife is a different story, 6 fps animations are fake framed to 30 fps and 24 fps are fake framed to 60 fps. This makes me sad and mad at same time.
As for ffmpeg's minterpolate filter, they are acceptable but not what I use. And if you will do anything related to video encoding , even if its not interpolation. Every PC will get its all juices sucked hard, only difference is how long it gets sucked. So, before doing this, we have to setup ways to make sure things don't melt, specially on laptops. Hope this helps.

I thought funnik was doing the DPC's game (BaDIK), or is the new update coming in march full 60fps? Boy that would be fun.Yo please dont give ocean any ideas that he has to up the fps of his animations like dpc ....
For interpolation yeah it would unsatisfactory, but normal encoding is much more acceptable

Sorry man, I have nothing against you personally or game mods, but as you fairly pointed out, it's better be safe than sorry and double check before clicking and downloading anything from links outside the main page that lead off the site.
It has happened here that the links to modified game with an injected malware downloader were posted under the guise of links to a new version or a mod; I have reported such posts to the moderators myself.
