I've had a similar theory I toy with. If Ocean brings the old part where Miru starts doing something with Dylan, that would explain why Ocean has kept Ayua off the list. But also, given we don't know what Ocean's planned for a reveal about Willi's family in WiaB (the post he edited on SS), until we know the relationships in WiaB it's kinda pointless to guess.

If Willi and Leia are twins, Leia can pass on the same genetic info that leads to her offspring having heterochromia, so that's why people wonder if Leia was Vanessa's mother. But it could just be the water in Wollust is tainted with nuclear, causing all kinds of disorders, especially general shittiness. Look at the questions about Nami "Why is she red?" There's a world of wonder in genetics, and Ocean loves using appearances to confuse people. Vic's original model was basically the young version of Scarlet's original model. Ocean also reuses assets from time to time, Scarlet's initial reboot model got used as AMber's mysterious friend in SG, because she didn't look old enough for WiaB.

Relying solely on eye color or dominant personality traits doesn't seem to me to be enough to draw conclusions about the origins of characters in the Oceanverse.

For example, Leia is no less competitive than Kata, just remember how she challenged Miru to a sparring and when Miru beat her ass, she asked to train her.
