Relying solely on eye color or dominant personality traits doesn't seem to me to be enough to draw conclusions about the origins of characters in the Oceanverse.

For example, Leia is no less competitive than Kata, just remember how she challenged Miru to a sparring and when Miru beat her ass, she asked to train her.

To me, Ayua is clearly William and Miru's daughter, since she's a silver-eyed Asian and Katie is her aunt. As for Nami and Nika, I don't think they're related to the Zanes, even if Nojiko obviously had a common past with Katie.

Except that Kat is blonde, and Zara's mom is brunette from what we can see, given both Zara and Vanessa are brunette, and Scarlet is blonde like Kat, it's less likely Kat's their mom unless she dyed her hair, and Nick's genes are dominant etc. Their mom doesn't have to have been in WiaB in any case.

Aiyu is Leah's adopted daughter, which is why she has the last name Zane and calls Katie aunt. She has no relation to Willie or, especially, Miru because of their peculiarity. Nami is not Zane. She is Ben and Monica's daughter. But Nika is Willie and Monica's son. And like Willie, he has a twin sister, Summer.
