If you consider this as your point of view, you might avoid going crazy over every change in details, minor or major.
Would I be writing a story this way or developing a game, I might be inclined to do the same. Actually, quite a few other devs do the same.
Being an author isn't that easy. You can always see flaws in your story and you want to tweak its details as long as possible. Even after publishing it, make a re-write, a new "improved" edition after a while

I think nudity isn't such a big taboo in the "Oceanverse". I mean in the first chapter you got girls going bare in public in protests and there's communal showers. Plus trey got molested in public and no one batted an eye. I'd say they're just comfortable around each other and Zara knows Vanessa very well so as to not be threatened by her nudity. Also Nika couldn't care less about boobs without his weiner working.

Bella doesnt seem to like it already, if player is also on Nia's path and they are talking about Nia she asks him if he saw her naked (and she knew Nia is a camgirl)...so i think that some L.I will be bothered by it and some others not.
When it comes to Zara and Vanessa, it's just that I don't think they are bothered with nudity. They even propose nojiko to join them in the Jacuzzi. Vanessa is perfectly in tune with her sexuality and is using it as a weapon. And Nami has been naked around MC for years.
