an oversight is having the old characters models and the new ones going back and forward on the same chapters because Ocean was kinda of a dumbass and didn't think about replacing the old models with the new ones when he remade those chapters.
the lake thing only show us that Ocean doesn't have a script and he's writing the story as he goes because the inconsistencies of the story has been there since the beginning .

Continuity errors of character models is just as much an oversight as continuity errors caused by script writing.

As far as letting it go, I clearly made you laugh on a Sunday, so there's no harm with me holding on ...I mean half the thread is people holding on, right??? :)

I know I keep repeating myself but SG doesn't need more visual reworks. It just needs a script rework. Change a few hundred lines and you will fix most issues. Which I know is easier said than done since the biggest issue with the game is Ocean himself :LOL:

TLDR for how to fix SG: Get a script doctor for the game and a witch doctor for the dev.

Honestly I feel like September/October is more of a realistic release time frame at this point, yawn what a wait.

Yeah, when I said 250/300 renders, I wasn't suggesting replacements or patches. That's maybe the length of a scene he can use to create new material to explain the old and up the render count, because it's not large enough already. :sneaky: The script editing would be relatively easy ...but why choose easy when you can add a new scene that retcons the previous season? :coffee::whistle:

Dude I can't. I will get shit on if I start rehashing all of the issues we've been discussing here for the past few years. Plus, I don't keep a list. I'd have to do a deep dive on this thread to bundle them all up.

But it's mostly continuity issues, contradicting information, lack of clarity regarding anything due to the dev consistently making narrative changes with almost every new update. If you're a relatively new player don't worry about it. You'll barely notice them and trust me when I tell you, you don't need those issues noodling around in your mind.

Here it is forbidden to criticize Ocean, you can only praise him. Otherwise you will be called a hater and insulted and complained about to delete your comments.
p.s. you see my words are true, this comment was complained about and deleted, although it did not violate the rules before and was on the edge. I had to change it to remove all violations. This completely confirms my words, which is what I wanted. Now you see all the hypocrisy and duplicity of these defenders.

it's kinda sad when you replay every update and you notice how much Ocean has botched " pun intended " the characters and the story .
the only character that i was ok to be changed was the MC "he was to much of an edge lord" but Ocean changed it so much that now the MC is a slice of wet bread !

hey RNasc4444 maybe one day Ocean will remake the story and fix all the inconsistencies and mistakes he made along the way after asking for a new working station of course cause nothing push a gpu and cpu to it's limits more than the written word.
meanwhile in the words of the Philosopher "Tree Dog" let's keep fighting the good fight.

Sept/Oct 2026 sounds about right.
Then Ocean will need to update his rig again- which will take about 12 months
It will be missing a cable
