I believe that MC is Leia's son because they share the same eyes and display a similar coldness in their gaze. They also have identical earlobes, which is a genetic trait. He also features characteristics of the main character from WiAB, including the nose and hair (Upon reflection, all the models' ears appear quite similar, which would only be a valid detail if this game were like Red Dead Redemption 2, and i understand that this is just a Ren'Py game, and these similarities might simply be a result of reusing character model features).
I don't focus on the theories from this channel. And since it's been a while since I last played this game, I'm curious to know if anyone else sees this as a real possibility or if I might be heavily mistaken.

You used the right word. It always did lean into that. And I expected it to still be part of the story but not to this insane level. Ocean didn't just take some inspiration from those themes, he made it the central theme of this story. And worse, he went overboard with it. Instead of keeping it small, grounded and plausible he just created a world that is imposssible to take seriously for anyone with a brain. He had to go with a gigantic criminal structure that spans continents. It's absurd.

i agreed 100% , we know that Oceans has a very weak writing ability and instead of keeping the story small and tight , he went for a grandiose story about the mafia where all his weaknesses are as prevalent as the sun but as many of us has said for quiet sometime , Ocean will put himself on a corner and that will be detrimental for one of both avns.
Ocean still can right the ship as long he's willing to do so .

Yet. As we get more of the character backstories, and meet more of the old WIAB people, it will come into play, if not actively, then in backstory explanations. Even if all the mob bullshit is resolved in WIAB 22 years before this game (or however long it becomes), it will still have profound effects on anyone related to the WIAB characters.
