At some point, the momentum just runs out.

The momentum has been dead since like late 2023, so nothing new here.

SG is too big of a cash cow for Ocean to abandon though. He'll probably set-up Subscribestar for it like he did with WiaB and that'll be the end of it.

If anything it should light a fire under his butt to get S2 out on Steam asap so he can recoup some of the money he'll lose from Patreon in the next few months - before SS catches up to the numbers he had there.

Without regular updates, you can’t expect people to subscribe. It's just an old base.

I once wrote that Ocean should have created a Telegram channel and advertised it. You can also create a bot there with monthly payments and forget about the Patreon rules. A pedantic German, hoping for the best. Yeah.

Another dev log another problem, I swear this is game is cursed or something. Not that it was ever going to be completed, but I would have liked to have at least a few more updates. If he can't work on the game full time, he might as well just abandon it at this point, development is slow as fuck as it is.

He is almost there and there is only one way to boost his income apart from getting his account back which is releasing S2 it will be good for subscribestar too
So not all hope lost for Nika to get his shrimp wet

I'm so sorry to inform you but under patreons TOS even adopted sexual realtions is a no no even if it's naked in a hot tub or making out it's still incest to them ,So nami and nika doing those thing is against TOS. And no patreon has no personal issue with Ocean he fucked around and found out as they say.

Incest is banned everywhere. Substar may not actively enforce their ToS currently...

SG also had nothing to do with that anyway...that's not why the page has gone/he been removed.

Will he include incest? SS also bans it; they are just slower on policing it, as far as I understand. So it would be unwise.

Well, it seems that Ocean will follow Xenorav to Boosty to join the Russians. At least, that's what he's discussing in his Discord.
At least they won't ban him for incest there, but he'll have to travel to Moscow once a year.
