Am I allowed to just upload a copy of 20.1 for people to use this mod with? I still have the old zip file. I myself find that this mod provides more content than the official 20.5 update does.

Long story short some toxic people did not like the wait between mod updates and then not getting the walkthrough part of the mod and were very vocal and rude in their displeasure to the point that he/she got their pateron taken and put under review

Damn, that's a yikes.
We got tons of mods that not only included the walkthrough, but also fixed a lot of stuff and even added new shit like in SS for fucking free, but it took "too long" so they bullied her out of her even optional income.
These people really need to get a life.
Hopefully she has/will have something more rewarding to do.

Worms like that ingrate are envious that they cannot create something themselves. They are soulless, meaningless,and worthless. They know this deep down, that's what frustrates them. They may spew hate everywhere they go, but you know and I know. That they hate themselves the most.

As a wise man said, ask forgiveness, not permission. I've seen folks post older versions for others when mods stopped being updated before, with no issue, so AFAIK it's okay. This would be a service to the community, thank you.

Well, I just happen to have summertime saga 20.1, and the OP of this thread has lain's mod 20.1. I don't have a copy of 20.0 base game or lain's mods..... but hey... here's a link to summertime saga 20.1 in case someone needed it for some reason.

Appreciate uploading v20.1. Unfortunately it looks like the cookie jar is broken so I can't access the dlc scenes.

Since Lain has some serious trouble (supposedly because of some dorks...) with her patreon page
she doesn't update her mods anymore. And currently nobody knows if she ever comes back.

Her last mod for Summertime Saga is for version 0.20.1. Not for the new version 0.20.5.

And even the 0.20.1 mod doesn't contain the walkthrough anymore.
Because the code of Summertime Saga seems to be a mess...

Her last mod including a walkthrough is for version 0.19.5.

The most likely reasons why her patreon page is unter review since weeks:
- Some of her mods enables incest. That is against patreon rules.
- She had links to some "lolicon"-content on her patreon page. That is also against patreon rules.
Maybe she even reported herself to patreon because of some ugly messages she received to pre-empt these idiots.

The FUCK? So what your saying is because of some Entitled Trolls, Lain is gone?? Way to support the modding community... Why didn't she switch to SubscribeStar or BuyMeACupOfCoffee? Man, her mods were on point! I hope she comes back. LOVE YOU LAIN!!! XOXOXO

This is accurate to the best of my understanding, but I would characterize it as true harassment rather than rudeness. It was a really poor showing by the SS fanboys, really shat the bed for people using Lain's mods for dozens of games here on the site. Sadly, I would not expect her to return to modding anytime soon (if ever), and my understanding is that the SS code is bunk, so it's unlikely someone else will pick it up.

I'm not sure why you posted this without any context, but the most recent post is from early August, which is before the shit hit the fan with Patreon. And the link in the Summertime Saga post is dead, it dumps you to Lain's Patreon Account under Review page.
