The bug you found with the floors and room numbers is that it says "204" for Liu's appartment. It should say "04" instead. This is a small issue with the German translation pack you are using. As a German, you should know that floors are counted E, 1, 2, 3 etc., while in the US the count goes 1, 2, 3, 4. While in US English the dialogs all say that Tina, Tony and Maria live on floor 3, I changed it so that in German they are actually living on floor 2. The same goes for any building having numbered floors, like School and Hospital. Accordingly, Liu lives on floor 1 (in German) and not 2 (English). This also affects the images shown, as the room numbers are wrong in German. I just deleted the leading digit so that each floor has rooms 01, 02, 03 and 04 instead of 301 etc. for floor 3, 201 etc. for floor 2 and so on. Liu's appartment was apparently forgotten.
