it means that now it will take 6 months for 1 (for 6 months) small update. they make 50k a month, which means they're getting 300k for 1 update. they're just milking their fans
Correct me if I'm wrong, but 6-9 is 3 months. which given the quality of the game, I don't see as unreasonable depending on the size of the update, especially since they said the next update comes fairly soon (supposedly this month, but who knows with these things?) but I think 3 months is not something to complain about. I remember playing monster girl quest, then waited 4-5 years for part 2. then it was another 5 years for part 3.

Are you being milked or are you just stepping up to the plate to defend all the PAYING Patrons? :unsure:

If so, that's very noble of you.

I feel like Roxxy is also one of the best developed characters in the game, because unlike the others, she goes through a lot of development, making us go from hating her to loving her.
yeah the roxxy story was on another level. i was expecting the same with your sister and was dissapointed. i am excited for eve though, i would've rather had her than jenny tbh.

yes, 6-9 is 3 months. But i meant that the update will still make another 3 to make, but ok, didn't know they said that it is supposed to come at the end of this month, hopefully they stick to their word

i'm not being milked, nor do i care about this game. i just can't believe how his patreons can stand it
He's got a ton of very low level patreons and you'll have hard time to convince somebody that he's "beeing milked" because he's paying 1 or 2 bucks a month (the average is below $3). Most patreons still pay less money per update than those who pay for early access from devs who release (bi-) monthly for a lot of money.

O man. Not again.

0.19.0: 69% complete as of September 4th 2019-> 3 months for two-thirds of the release
0.18.5: June 4th 2019 (Jenny 2) -> 1 month
0.18.0: May 2nd 2019 (Jenny) -> 4.5 months
0.17.5: Dec 16th 2018 (Daisy) -> 1- month
0.17.0: Nov 23rd 2018 (Diane) -> 4 months
0.16.0: July 25th 2018 (Roxxy) -> 3+ months
0.15.1: April 15th 2018 (teachers) -> 4 months
0.14.5: December 19th 2017 (Debbie) -> 1.5 months
0.14.3: November 1st 2017 (Aqua) -> 0.5 months
0.14: October 13th 2017 (Mia) -> 2- months
0.13: August 21st 2017 (Erik)

If you can read (and calculate) correctly, this means that the time between major updates has been always about 5 months since several years already. Quality massively improved in the process, not to forget.

And I just went through the pleasure of reading the first dozen pages of this thread again. DC has been accused to milk his patrons FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. He never made it fast enough. I wonder how it possibly could have become so big in just about three years?

You may think of it what you wish, I clearly do. And I am not feeling milked, as all paying patrons surely also don't. And I've not heard that it will come out end of this month. According to the dates posted above, I would expect it late October.

how much time do you think he's wasted redrawning and remaking routes for characters who arguably don't need it

It doesn't really matter. It's his project, he decides what he works on. His patrons seem to be ok with it, he is still making 50k every month. Complaining here won't change a thing.
1790 pages and people STILL bitch about Patreon donations on a pirate site as if we have some sort of control of the Mental Masturbation exercise that is...

If you complain about how much money he's making, and you are not contributing, then congrats. you won. You are playing his shit for free on the dime of other people.
Remember that at any time, supporters can stop supporting. If they felt like something was BS, then they would withdraw their pledge.
