That probably depends a bit on your personal fetish. The incest was removed by DC beause of patreon and there's no official support for those fan made patches, which means they aren't perfect in one way or the other.
The game itself is perfectly playable and makes sense without those patches, so it's probably up to you. I personally do not use them.

Mon Jun 03 00:15:52 2019Patreon banned all rape and incest related projects, so all games using patreon had to alter their content or lose funding. Currently most games get around this by altering their game barely (like calling mom characters the landlord or something) and allowing fans to patch the game to return the incest content.

You know, a lot of people have been complaining that even after getting to the end of her route, Jenny still dislikes/is a bitch towards the MC. These guys, it seems, want the route to be about converting her into a mild tsundere (or even a milquetoast "I like you, MC"-type character), when for me that always seemed destined to be the Ronda story. As far back as I can recall, DC has long maintained he wanted Jenny to still be bitchy towards the MC even when her route is done. If you ask me it would get stale if every bitchy girl ended up falling in love with MC due to his dick. Why do people want the MC to be liked by every character? Do you know what it reminds me of?

Not every character has to be lovey-dovey with MC, and more importantly you don't want to set the precedent of the community attempting to backseat-write the game, successfully or not. That's what happened to Big Brother when people finally snapped as the cuckshit went too far (0.13 was when the shitstorm occurred there IIRC), and the dev soon ran out of ideas afterwards because he was afraid of executing his original vision. As a result the game became an even more bland/generic VN-lite, and by the time it was abandoned BB had become a by-the-numbers grindfest with CGs.
As the group of people influencing character-writing decisions grows larger (in this case, expanded to a vocal section of the fans), the decisions become exponentially safer and less interesting as a result.

I'm still trying to understand the entire issue with Jenny as it stands too. Roxxy went from valley girl to exactly what these people wanted along with the big tits just like Jenny.
Watching the entire story, she seems far more compelling with everything she's done in 18.0. It's not the same as Roxxy and she has her own hurdles and hills to climb and choices to make.
Personally, I think Roxxy could be improved further if you don't have the big blow off with Dexter, but that's my take. The story and character of all three make sense. But it becomes really bland when they end up the same at the end...
Iunno... Why does everyone want another re-telling of Roxxy instead of Jenny being improved upon? Just makes no sense...
Well the underlying problem is a game could be made JUST about Jenny or Roxxy's stories but this game has like 20 girls. They're story's can only go so far. If it were up to me I'd have DC just focus on the house girls and maybe Mai or Eve but that's just not the game we're playing here.

For the most part people don't seem to want Jenny's personality to change and more that they simply want the MC to be more aggressive. Most of those people likely didn't ever stand up to her during her new storyline. Doing so puts you on a much more level playing field, while still maintaining her prickly personality.
i believe I think CONSTRUCTIVE CRITIQUE is more apt for those that actually play this game...
