You can find a file in ./renpy/common called 00console.rpy. You can edit the file to activate the developer console, and then open the said console in-game with shift+o.

Honestly, just redownload it, download older versions, or try compatibility mode.
Also ask the dev/report a bug.

this is a renpy game not a rpgmaker, you need python installed
so far just some new normal scenes and no new sex scenes found,
EDIT: found some new ones, when you completet all events with your sister from version 0.12.10 you can invite her to watch your neighbors and watch tv at night, than you get 2 new sex scenes

I fixed the greyed out map button at the aunts place by going upstairs in her house to her bedroom.

Guys, what bug are you talking about with that gray map? Stop fucking with the console, you are ruining your game.
Not because of the "cheating", it is not, but because if the map is grayed it is because you did not finish all the actions you had to do. You may block yourself.
I replayed the game from start and I did not found a single occurrence of map disabled due to a bug.
I may have missed some, but for the moment..
