Not right now, the update following the upcoming tech update will have content for Ronda. The Annie update is planned after that. So basically come back in 2040 and hopefully we'll get content for her by then.

You should ask in the SPH mod and/or Naughty Tribute mod threads. They are linked in the OP. However, highly unlikely that they are compatible because they are both changing images and dialogue/code.
