You realize other cultures use "her" and "her" for common objects, and actions right?devs need to find better english translations with an emphasis on the differences between him and her. it's really appalling how bad some of these games are and they never seem to improve at all. it's like the dialogues are written by US university students that only study gender studies and those other useless programs that fuck up their minds completely. bring back proper fucking english to those places and perhaps the quality of dialogues will improve finally..but i doubt it..![]()
ok no need to be a Karen about it.You realize other cultures use "her" and "her" for common objects, and actions right?
I would assume 99% of these mis-matched are because that's what the dev's native language uses, not some poor attempt at 'gender identity'

Yeah, they really, REALLY, need a proof-reader, and English translator badly...
honestly i feel lmao. I wish I had the insight to know how it happens cause I feel like if I was a creator I would play through every single update of my own story just to scrutinize the grammar and spelling. Feel like its only a couple hours of work at best right before you release it to the public, if that, depending how fast you read, especially since you are just proof reading. but ye idk I speak from ignorance so I cant say how they do it. Sometimes I feel like people just throw everything into a word pad and spellcheck it and have 1000 wrong usages of words like dual/duel, douse/dowse, discreet/discrete, while/wile etc.EVERY SENTENCE has a misspelling and is very frustating to read so many errors
