The scene was not "re-written", it was "re-worded" to make it more clear. Sis and Vicky still have sex, and the twins are still escorts - so that's not a re-writing.
The "drama" wasn't really a big one - but still we agree that the scene could be understood in a way we didn't intend. That's why we "re-worded" it. The basic meaning is still the same as it has been before.
So please stop searching the needle in the heap just to rant.

What makes their griping more insane is that the two women had had a previous fling with each other years before, but they were both now having no-strings flings with MC. You see, it's okay for your MC character to have sex with multiple women on the sly, but it isn't okay for two of those women to have one last fling of their own before one of them leaves town because that somehow is being mean to the MC and cucking him.

It's a very misogynistic perspective on the concept of the open relationship: the man (more specifically, the MC that represents the complaining players) is free to do whomever he wants, whenever he wants, without telling any of the women he's involved with any other women, but it is a mortal sin for any of the women to have even a one-nighter with another woman with which she has had a prior relationship. I think it makes their peepees shrink up.

Lol you wouldn't believe what I just saw on their discord, can't even post it here openly because it will be out right insulting to one of their team member. I do not want to do that. Just search ntr in the server and you will be greeted with 992 results of ntr rants.

Since 2019, since the server is up in that configuration, there are 1138 posts containing "ntr" in it - no matter if positive or negative, but also including internal moderator talk and multiple counts inside one post. Assuming that there is also NTR mentionned as in "not ntr", we can take that amount by a third.
Thats exactly 4 years - or 1460 days. So on average not even once every 4 days NTR is mentionned at all.

This really feels to me like an unhealthy level of immersion and self-insertion.
It was this misogynistic one-sided bias that actually inspired me to start working on stories of my own. So many "Alphas" who lose their shit if the LI's exhibit the smallest level of autonomy and agency.

right - and tomorrow we learn the difference between "re-written the dialogue" and "re-written the scene".
The scene, the setting, the meaning, the outcome ... all is still the same - just the wording has changed in 2-3 lines if you compare both versions.
