Whew, they really make you work for all the donuts and peeping toms. I saw that I had no saves for a Yuki path and the Trisha decision in C2, so I had to go back to a save (one did not work anymore) and play through all that again. Problem is that once you are in a scene with changed text you cannot skip until the whole scene changes. With some of them being out of order it requires a lot of backtracking.

Exactly. I think this is what will make or break this game. Dots style is...uggh...mmm...it's a style lol. DmD was utter juvenile trash imo, Melody improved and the setup for this one really had me interested and hoping it would be the best of his yet.

However, the mess with Nicole, it would seem obvious to me (at least) that Nicole was always going to be a central character. She was always at some point going to come to the bay and be in our lives. I do believe (regardless of what certain people in the know have said) that the possible CQ route 'was' the intended plan....otherwise, a gf that offers an open relationship but would refuse to participate and stay loyal to you....just makes zero fecking sense in any context except a CQ route. Just like with the ntr is not currently 'planned'...which means it is being thought about. if we break up with her..who cares what she does and why on earth would we see it in game?

So then everything kicked off....it will now be changed to break up instead (rightly so imo as much as I'd like a loving loyal CQ route)...which then begs the question...if we break up with her, she has no reason to come to the bay anymore (except maybe to try and win us back). I think in a way, the outburst from this decision has fundamentally changed the design and plot of the game as it would appear the majority of people are not actually interested in an open relationship with her and neither are they fans of the character, Dots (it would appear) wanted to be the main LI.

If she was supposed to be the main LI it was set up INCREDIBLY badly.

She doesn't seem to see him as anything other than a ticket to ride to a lifestyle she needs him to contribute too, she doesn't enjoy sex with him and both times they have at it she complains about how bad it is, and then he moves hundreds of miles away and she wants to fuck other men.

That's the least LI arc that you could write, let alone main LI.

Wonderful... However, THAT'S NOT HOW THEY WROTE IT. They wrote she wanted an open relationship. SHE wanted it not teh MC, no one asks for an open relationship if they aren't looking to play the field.

I was talking about what they wrote, not what they said after people reacted (Badly) to what they wrote.

I actually figured it out.
Plus the fact if you pay attention to the details you can figure out how much after DMD's future ending this game takes place.
The Daughter is a famous model enough that Kristina knows who she is and patterned her self after her, Georgina is officially with the Father, as to F and D's relationship it's left ambiguous.

But it's been a few years, and SSL's antagonist hotel owner douche seems to have lots of powerful lawyers that got him out quicker than he should have on an attempted rape charge.

As u said, in the scene with Gorgina she was clearly interested in meeting with other men, also as said before, why would she propose a open relationship if she didn't want to take advantage of that, especially as she and MC are effective on a break, being in different countys...it makes no sense.
Add to that the direction which DMD goes with open relationship/sharing, there was literally no reason to assume she would stay faithful....i don't really belive that it was never planed/in consideration that she wouldn't have sex with others, more likely a choice if we want to see it, maybe a choice to make it optional...

About the client and how a OR maybe could have saved the relaionship.
As far as i can tell, the MC isn't even aware of the fact that their relationship has serious problems, stress, some minor fights and him being a bit jealous of her being a lawyer in court sure, but not large problems which threaten their relationship.
So if Nicole suggest the OR to save their relationship, she probably should have talked with the MC about the problems first...instead of making a sleghammer solution, for which the MC doesn't even know the problem...

In the talk with the Sister MC said, he only agreed because it seems important to Nicole, it is clearly not something he is comfortable with, nothing he wanted and clearly not a solution for their problems in his eyes, instead it is likely the largest problem for him (at least problems he is aware of), seeing his reaction...
